ESW (Nelly in particular) was exceptionally helpful in helping with my issue . Based on other experiences , I was not optimistic , but Nelly persevered and was able to rectify my situation. The shipping time was not going to work and she was able to have it returned to warehouse before it long travel to Canada . Greta experience overall an would not hesitate to ship here again

Nordstrom stopped shipping to most countries, and I did know the reason. I live in Europe.
What a nice surprise when I read that they do not collaborate any more with confusing Borderfree, and have a new partner, ESW. What a difference! Prompt responses, kind, helpful, capable, genuinely nice people.
I made a mistake in foundation shade. Then it was a slide of mistakes that could cost me a lot of money. No need to call, they responded to my late email first thing on the morning.
Since policy of Nordstrom did not allow them to exchange products, they suggested to cancel the Order and make a new one completely.
I must say that their kind attitude payed off to them, as much as to me. I did spend almost double of the initial amount to celebrate all the money I did not waste. I am so happy with my purchase now, can’t wait to try all the beautiful stuff I bought. No one influenced me, I was just happy for my mistakes to be erased.
And I have to mention Wang Vuong who is the kindest, most patient and least pushy person

I am unfamiliar with your company and was hesitant to make a purchase. Especially sense the only mode of communication with you is email. In the end, it proved to be a good experience. You were very quick to respond to my email questions and/or requests.

They were refund on January 21 by Roots and kept my money until now (3 march). I reached them multiple times, at first they said I should contact the final seller but when I show them a proof that the final seller already did the refund the found another excuse. Now the issue is that there is a Paypal dispute (Oh suprise client opens dispute when you stole them money), I contact Paypal which gave me a confirmation that you're able to refund even if a dispute is open (it's closed by the way) but still I don't get my money back. Even in their mail they say that they owe me money..
Regarding their reply I'm already in contact with them but they still don't refund lol, what scam.

Per quanto mi riguarda posso invece dire che è andata benissimo, il mio ordine mi è stato regolarmente consegnato dopo soli 4 giorni, ben confezionato (spedito da Scale fast Cremona). Tutto perfetto

Rejected return of nike shoes on basis the shoebox was not returned in its original condition even though the Nike return policy doesn't require it. Failed to make the grounds for rejection visible in the CRM system of Nike help desk so they are no idea why the return was rejected and cannot offer a solution. Turned an online shoe purchase into my single worst experience with a multi-national. And cost Nike all my brand loyalty. ESW seems like a good way for bricks and mortar retail to shed customers and stay bricks and mortar.
You would think that after a review like that, whomever runs the trust pilot account for ESW would say to themselves “ boy this sounds like a frustrating mistake. I’ll call the distribution team to find out what went wrong and make sure that it gets fixed.” after all that is the purpose of a review in part to provide the company with useful information so that they can synch up better (collaboration), rapidly correct the fault (change) and prevent its recurrence (learning). And if I have any time left over, they could maybe even apologies to the customer since humility is where restoration of trust begins. Instead, ESW has been challenging the legitimacy of the review. I don’t object to verification per se, but it would be nice to see you guys get rolling on the remediation at the same time. If you ask the Nike team DSW, I think you’d probably identify the relevant case pretty quickly because I’ve had to send the shoes back a second time in a really big box now with a letter, threatening, legal action if you guys don’t accept the return according to the Nike policy, so hopefully that’s not flown under the radar. And then back out the door returned to me like the last box.
