I had to throw their wok away within 5 years
I had to throw their wok away within 5 years - the Mayflower Wok 28cm / 3.6 Litre ceramic lining with its Thermolon Infinity Pro ceramic non-stick coating disintegrated after prolonged use. Anything but infinity!! I only use wooden spatulas and spoons to cook with. The warranty on Thermolon Infinity’s ceramic non-stick coating is 2 years from the date of purchase. You'd think with a product with an "INFINITY" coating that it might last at least 5 years or longer!
Caveat emptor. Buyer beware. Do NOT trust the hype. Not built to last!!

Nordstrom responded promptly when I was having an issue getting my package delivered outside the USA. It was very easy navigating where I should send the issue and I got my package quickly after they responded. Shelby Le and Felix Ly were the excellent CS reps that responded!

Buyer beware
Took 6 weeks to get a refund after returning a damaged/faulty item I had received ... refund was promised within 48hrs after receipt of the returned item and I had to fight to get my money back. After numerous phone calls to Paypal they finally agreed to refund me and will pursue the seller for reimbursement. Worst online dealings ever!
