International Shoppers, beware!

I loved shopping with Nordstrom, and never had an unpleasant experience when they shipped my packages to Jamaica with BorderFree.

Now they have contracted ESW for international shipping, and I made my first purchase over three weeks ago, and to this date I have NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER!

(They) keep sending me updates laced with apologies, but still cannot resolve the customs issue that's apparently the cause of this problem. I have received my packages from Amazon and other shipping agencies with no issues, so what ESW keeps citing makes no sense to me.

Nordstrom,..love your products, but I will wait until I go States-side before I spend another dollar on your products.

Update (16/10/2025). Received emails late yesterday evening that my package has FINALLY been released by customs.

My order is late

My order is late, and no one from your side bothers to call and let me know why my order is delayed. It was supposed to be delivered on the 10 of October 2025. Yet no contact was made.

Excellent customer service for delayed item

I recently ordered an item that got stuck in customs. I was unable to resolve the issue on my own so I asked customer service to help. Marielle was assigned to my case and they were so incredibly helpful. They provided me with regular updates and did everything they could to fix the issue. Ultimately the item was not delivered, but Marielle was able to get me a full refund. The customer service I received from Marielle was absolutely above average and because of them I will continue to be a Nordstrom customer.

Steven Rosas was truly an exceptional

Steven Rosas was truly an exceptional client service liaison who represented Nordstrom really well.
I am in Toronto, Canada. I ordered a RL trench and received the incorrect item. I ordered it because I thought it would work well with what I was taking on my trip to Paris and Dubai for 2 weeks. The item was a maxi trench, the item ordered was a knee length trench, I did not have the time to return it since I was leaving on Saturday. I considered having it altered by a tailor here in Toronto , which proved to be pricey given the material and lining the trench had (plus it was a coat) . Steven managed my request in a timely and professional manner, he listened to what my concerns were and then issued me a refund. I got it altered and am able to take it on my trip. I appreciate this exemplary service and I will be a Nordstrom customer for life.
Also special recognition to Selen Pham and Andy Tran.

Great clothes

Nordstrom has great clothes with excellent quality. The delivery time is quite long as it is from the US. Unfortunately one of the dresses were stained and very dirty so I contacted Nordstrom and was told to return it and they would refund me the return fee. Which they did. However if you do need to return something otherwise it is very expensive.
