Horrible experience, stay away if you can
Let’s start with the good. Did get my hair transplant yesterday, the medical staff was good. This is place is completely unorganized. Now to the management side,
I really think this place has become a scam, I booked a package, was given the hotel info by the sales person over what’sapp. Arrived at the airport when asked to the driver was told I was being taken to a different hotel in the middle of nowhere.
Then no communication from the office for time of the procedure, get a call in my room at 6am the next day. The driver is here to take you for surgery. The place a complete waste of time and money. The manager shows up to work for 2 hours, I waited over an hour to talk to him. And he decided to just leave without saying anything to the staff. Save the hassle and try another place

* They wanted to charge me 200$ more for PRP as it should include.
* Just one for the tre talked English and his English was like 30% fluent.
* Lots of people came in the surgery room during the operation and talked personal things. They were their friends

Great
So , for those who want to do a hair implant , I highly recommend this clinic , all the people are nice and they will try to help you with everything .
The package that I had included was hotel for 3 nights , hair implant and transportation ...
First things first , the one that you are interested , the implant , for me it was 3500 grafts and the intervention lasted for 7h30min (extraction and implant) , so everybody is like , it doesn't hurt , it's a bit of a lie , the moment that they introduce the anesthesia , you feel it , and it depends on how much coverage the anesthesia had , sometimes they have to put more , but it's normal . When the extraction starts if the anesthesia isnt't in full effect , at multiple extractions/ implants at the same place you will fell a bit of pain . The surgery crew were awesome , the doctor did a bang up job , kudos to her and her team . As and advice , be precise on what you want . The night after the intervention will be a long night , because of the anesthesia wearing off .
The hotel was nice was great , great food , but the placement of the room was not to my liking being a bit nosiy.
I'll say it again , the were great and I give my full recommendation for their work and their passion for their craft .

Did my procedure with them
Did my procedure with them, i cant fault them at all. I am on my 6th month and result is already good. Very good service and family oriented people. I was very comfortable and everything went smoothly. One good point also is that after care was very good, whenever i had any question or any request, they were very responsive. Very good and professional doctor and nice team.

They are very service oriented, had no problem during both procedures. They listen you very carefully and plan the operations accordingly.
