This place does NOT have as high a rating as it should. I was so skeptical about doing this procedure at all. But after researching for weeks, I decided to go to this clinic. Though the overwhelming majority of reviews on Trustpilot were good, a couple of poor ones are sometimes enough to make you doubt your entire decision. But I still decided to go with this clinic purely on how the person communicating with me on WhatsApp connected with what I cared about. His name is Omid. THANK YOU, Omid. You are the best! I cannot express to anyone reading this how incredibly responsible and knowledgeable Omid and the rest of the staff and doctors are about this procedure and field. They are nothing if not OBSESSED with perfection, second to their obsession with making you feel welcomed. Now, about the results: On a scale from 1 to 10, the results are definitely a 10+. I'm super happy with the results, incredibly natural looking hair. It's like I never had anything done. Another great person was Shahla, the lady who also helped when I got to the clinic, along with Omid. She was amazing. Thank you, Shahla, for being so kind and caring. Now about the doctors; young men, but truly responsible and professional at all times. They asked me if they could play some music while they worked (11 straight hours), of course I said it was not a problem. There were two experiences that were a little painful: one was the shots when giving me the anesthesia, and the other one was saying goodbye to them. Would I recommend them to anyone fearful because they doesn't understand the procedure or what they're getting into? Absolutely. You will be in the best hands.

Ha assistito alla mia preparazione e si è interessato sempre delle mie condizioni di salute prima durante e dopo l’intervento. I medici e tutto lo staff sono stati molto professionali e mi hanno fatto sentire a casa cercando di ascoltare le mie esigenze e trovando insieme una soluzione. WROSE place. I still have problems with my scalp from how they did the treatment after a year. And it’s not lifetime guarantee like they clame. After they take your money they don’t care anymore. STAY AWAY from this garbage place

Komunikácia s pani Shahla uz od začiatku veľmi dobra👌.Komunikacia aj po zakroku až do dnes ak niečo potrebujem stále rovnaká,a poradenstvo.A moj vysledok?Som piaty mesiac po zakroku,a vlasy uz mám uplne všetky vyrastene,líniu nieje ani rozoznať od prirodzenej,vlasy krasne husté.Moja spokojnosť je maximálna,ako vysledok,tak aj prístup lekárov počas transplantácie.Za mna môžem len poved veľmi dobrý a ľudsky prístup.Niekto možno napíše že po zakroku slabá alebo žiadna komunikácia,ale asi záleží aj komu ste zverený.Taktiež po zakroku stala a dobra komunikácia aj s pánom doktorom Isa.Za mna 👌👌👌

I was chatting with a doctor before travelling to turkey. Everything was good and they said I can do the hair implants. On the operation day, I am told that they won’t be able to cover the entire area with implants and that I will need to come back one year late. This should have been mentioned before the operation day.
Also, the follow-up assistant in charge of me is very rude and clearly don’t understand that I am client.
After the procedure, you receive a document with what to do and not do. This document is not even reliable as the doctors and follow-up assistants are saying contradictory guidances, even with each other.
Therefore I do not recommend this clinic for hair transplant. I lost my time, money and hair with them.

The contact is fine till the operation. assoon as youre done and there happens something at night or morning. you cant reach out to anyone. theyre unavailable.

at the end of the operation theyre all rushing home and you will be left with a non English speaker for any further questions.

The facility is very clean, the staff is friendly and the aftercare is very informative. I would especially like to thank Yasmine, the medical coordinator, for her professionalism and nurturing demeanor. She was very detail oriented.

I had booked an appointment previously which I had to cancel last minute due to my flight being cancelled.

I was being looked after by Ahmad over the phone who was amazing in rescheduling my appointment at a later date.

I had amazing transport in a VIP car between my hotel and the clinic which was extremely punctual.

After the surgery I am still in contact with Ahmad incase I need any advise for aftercare etc…

I would 100% recommend this company for anyone looking for a hair transplant as the treatment for myself was above and beyond

Their 5 star hotel is less than 3 star.
Then comes to the service. It was awful, and the Technicians were clearly not adequately trained.
The only did the front of my head leaving me bold at the back. This would require another intervention.

I decided to visit this clinic based on recommendation, as I saw the results of friends about a year after the procedure. I traveled to Turkey alone, and I can only say that everything is completely organized when you land by plane. Anything i needed was arranged immediately. The operation was at a very high level and the entire staff was extra friendly. Special thanks to Imen Za! She arranged everyhing and accepted me at the clinic.Don’t hesitete to choose them.

I am deeply disappointed with the experience I had with Esthetic Hair Turkey regarding a hair transplant procedure I was scheduled to undergo. Despite my initial inquiry for stem cell hair therapy and providing detailed photographs for assessment, the clinic advised me to pursue a hair transplant instead, promising better results. However, upon my arrival at the facility, I was surprised by the proposed adjustment to the treatment plan, which aimed for a lower coverage percentage than initially discussed.

Throughout the consultation process, there was a lack of transparency and clear communication regarding the discrepancy between the initially proposed treatment and the subsequent recommendation. Despite explanations provided, I remained unconvinced of the necessity and potential impact on the aesthetic outcome.

Furthermore, while I understand the clinic's policy regarding refunds for cancelled procedures, I must express my disagreement with the assertion that the cancellation was solely based on my personal assessment and preferences. It was primarily a result of the discrepancy between the initially proposed treatment plan and the subsequent adjustment, which led to a loss of confidence in the clinic's ability to meet my expectations.

In light of these concerns, I kindly requested a reconsideration of my refund request. However, the clinic failed to address my dissatisfaction adequately, leaving me feeling unheard and dissatisfied with the level of customer service provided.

Overall, my experience with Esthetic Hair Turkey was deeply disappointing, characterized by a lack of transparency, clear communication, and accountability. I cannot recommend their services based on my experience, and I urge others to exercise caution when considering treatment with this clinic.

Firstly, they didnt let me know I was going to be put in another hotel, I found out only when driver took me to completely different location.Drivers dont speak english. I had my HT back in 2023. I have poor results after 6 months of hair transplant and not sure if it will get better. My crown area looks still bald, because they didn't put enough crafts on that area and the front and from a above is patchy and thin. I feel like everyday the hair is thinning and not thickening. The surgeons didn't speak english at all, which was hard to communicate with them. I wouldn't go to EHT again. Not happy with my results.

I got a hair transplant and the process was smooth and great, the consultation was great as I got all the questions I had answered and felt confident going into the operation

I had my hair transplant in September 2023. I was collected from the airport upon arrival and taken to the airport before departure. I upgraded the hotel as part of my package and a friend joined me for support. I was very tense and apprehensive prior to the procedure. The result was my main concern.
I was given aftercare directions which I followed and am now 6 months post-transplant. I'm absolutely thrilled with my result. The hair transplant has completely changed my life in more ways than I could've imagined. This is one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. I’m very grateful to the people at the clinic who helped make this incredible improvement in my life.

The transport and hotel service were good enough for me i was pleased and didn't have to ask for change of rooms ( i was a little bit afraid when i arrived from some comments talking about the hotel ) fortunately it was great . The clinic was clean and the personal was very professional and welcoming, i had consultation with yasmine she was very informative and gave me all the attention any patient needs that day , i would like to thank negar as well she was my medical consultant she gave me all necessary informations and instructions. The medical staff even they look young however their good level of experience looks in the way they do the surgery . Im still in Istanbul having my washes there !

Very happy with the results 1.5years post opp. Isa was also wonderful with communication on after care and any queries I had.
