Je souhaite partager mon expérience afin d’informer les futurs patients et leur permettre de prendre leur décision en toute connaissance de cause.

Avant mon départ en Turquie, le prix et les prestations prévues avaient été présentés clairement. J’ai donc organisé mon séjour en fonction de mon budget, en faisant confiance à la clinique.

Cependant, le jour de l’intervention, environ 30 minutes avant de commencer, une personne prénommée Iman m’a annoncé que ma zone donneuse ne permettrait apparemment pas d’obtenir suffisamment de greffons et qu’un supplément de 550 € était nécessaire pour effectuer des prélèvements au niveau de la barbe. Sans cette option, il m’a été expliqué que je risquais de devoir revenir environ six mois plus tard. Placé devant cette décision à la dernière minute, j’ai accepté, sans avoir réellement le temps de réfléchir sereinement.

Après environ sept heures d’intervention, particulièrement éprouvantes en raison des douleurs liées aux anesthésies, j’ai finalement décidé de renoncer à cette prestation supplémentaire. J’ai clairement indiqué à Iman que je ne souhaitais pas de prélèvement au niveau de la barbe et que je demandais l’annulation de cette option.

Elle m’a alors répondu qu’aucun remboursement ne serait effectué. Malgré ma demande d’explications, aucune solution satisfaisante ne m’a été proposée. Le lendemain, lors du changement de bandage, nos échanges ont été tendus, car elle maintenait son refus. J’ai eu le sentiment que ma confiance avait été mise à profit, alors que j’attendais avant tout un accompagnement transparent et professionnel.

À mon retour en France, j’ai également constaté sur mon compte bancaire un prélèvement de 650 €, au lieu des 550 € annoncés. Cette différence de 100 €, ajoutée au désaccord concernant une prestation que j’avais refusée, soulève pour moi de sérieuses questions auxquelles j’attends toujours des explications claires.

Je comprends que des imprévus puissent survenir lors d’une intervention. En revanche, je considère que les suppléments financiers doivent être expliqués suffisamment tôt, sans placer le patient devant une décision urgente juste avant une opération, et que les conditions d’annulation doivent être clairement précisées.

Si je publie cet avis, c’est avant tout pour que mon expérience puisse servir aux autres patients. Je leur conseille de demander un devis détaillé par écrit, de faire confirmer tous les éventuels suppléments avant leur départ et de vérifier précisément les conditions d’annulation et de remboursement.

Une greffe capillaire représente un engagement physique, psychologique et financier important. La confiance, la transparence et le respect du patient devraient être essentiels à chaque étape.

Je reste dans l’attente d’une explication concernant le montant prélevé et le refus de remboursement. Mon objectif est de partager honnêtement mon expérience afin que chacun puisse prendre sa décision avec le maximum d’informations.

I am here to share my experience, which has been—and continues to be—excellent. Everything was handled perfectly, from the transfers with careful drivers to the support provided by Madina, an outstanding professional who took care of every single detail after I had purchased my airplane tickets. She even accompanied my wife and me upon our arrival at the clinic. The process included blood tests and a thorough health assessment; throughout the procedure, my heart rate and blood pressure were constantly monitored, and the staff checked in with me repeatedly to ensure I was doing well. Dr. Enes and his team were highly competent and attentive. Based on my experience, I highly recommend them!

WARNING: Severe Medical Negligence & Failure of Care
​I am writing this review to alert international hair transplant patients about severe clinical negligence, lack of proper medical oversight, and post-operative failure at Esthetic Hair Turkey / Madina Medical (Istanbul).
​1. Operative Misdiagnosis & Bypassed Screening
Prior to my procedure, the clinic failed to conduct necessary pre-op screenings or a qualified medical doctor evaluation. They proceeded with an invasive hair transplant on an active, inflamed scalp without diagnosing Lichen Planopilaris (LPP)—a severe autoimmune scarring hair loss condition. Operating over active LPP resulted in permanent tissue damage, severe scarring, and complete graft failure. This diagnosis was later formally confirmed by independent hospital dermatologists.
​2. Unauthorized Sales Clearance & False Reassurances
My medical clearance was handled by sales consultants rather than board-certified doctors. Promised pre-op blood tests and physical consultations were bypassed. Furthermore, post-operative warnings regarding scalp tenderness and abnormal hair loss were repeatedly dismissed by staff as standard "shedding," delaying critical medical intervention.
​3. Meaningless Guarantees
Despite marketing "written guarantees" to foreign patients, the clinic management refused to take responsibility or provide a fair resolution once presented with formal hospital medical records proving the misdiagnosis.
​Advice to foreign patients: Always insist on an in-person examination by a licensed dermatologist before agreeing to any surgical procedure. Do not rely on sales consultants.

WARNING: Unauthorized Surgery Over Active Lichen Planopilaris (Biopsy #B-7328.25)
I am publishing this review to warn international hair transplant patients regarding severe clinical negligence, lack of medical oversight, and bad-faith post-operative abandonment at Esthetic Hair Turkey (Istanbul).
1. Clinical Negligence & Malpractice
Prior to my procedure, the clinic failed to diagnose active Lichen Planopilaris (LPP)—a severe autoimmune scarring alopecia. Despite active scalp inflammation, their staff proceeded with invasive hair transplant surgery, causing permanent tissue damage and graft destruction. This negligence was officially diagnosed and confirmed by an independent pathology report from Hisar Intercontinental Hospital (Biopsy Report No: B-7328.25).
2. Useless Warranties & Sales-Driven Staff
The "written guarantees" and "warranties" marketed to international patients are completely meaningless. The clinic's primary point of contact consists of sales agents trained to sell hair transplants and expensive hair-care products. The moment a serious medical complication arises, the sales staff deflect responsibility, claim management is unreachable, and abandon the patient.
3. Default on Legal Warning & Regulatory Audit
Esthetic Hair Turkey defaulted on a formal legal notice (İhtarname) served under Turkish Consumer Law No. 6502. Furthermore, a formal administrative complaint has been escalated to the Turkish Ministry of Health (Uluslararası Hasta Destek Birimi). While government regulatory responses are delayed, the official inspection file remains active.
Final Recommendation:
Do not be fooled by marketing tactics, low package prices, or fake warranties. This facility prioritizes sales volume over patient safety and medical ethics. International patients—especially from Canada, the US, and Europe—should seek certified medical doctors elsewhere.

This clinic is absolutely phenomenal! ⭐️

All you need to do is book your flights — the rest is taken care of by the clinic, including hotel accommodation and airport transfers. Everything was so well organised and stress-free.

But what really stood out to me was the staff. They are incredibly polite, friendly and patient. I probably asked them 10,000 questions 😂, and they answered every single one with the same patience and professionalism — never irritated or annoyed.

I had my hair transplant surgery last week, and everything went so smoothly. From start to finish, every staff member was welcoming, helpful and friendly.

Please be careful and verify who you are actually dealing with before choosing this clinic.
I’m writing this because I think patients considering a hair transplant deserve to know exactly who is advising them and who is responsible for their treatment.
On the clinic’s own website, Isa Tozkar is presented as the “Medical Director & Founder” and “physician.” The website even says:
“You are not getting a sales agent — you are speaking directly with the physician who will design your treatment.”
It also describes him as a “Board Certified Trichologist” and “MSc Hair Restoration Medicine.”
The problem is that Isa Tozkar is not a medical doctor. Presenting a non-physician as a physician can be extremely misleading, especially when patients are considering a medical procedure.
I also have serious concerns about the qualifications and degrees presented for other members of the team. If someone is presented as medically qualified, patients should be able to independently verify their actual education, professional registration and licence.
This is not just about titles or marketing. A hair transplant is a medical procedure, and patients have the right to know whether they are speaking to an actual licensed doctor or a coordinator/representative.

I strongly recommend checking the claims on the website yourself and verifying the qualifications of the person who will actually be responsible for your treatment. Patients should not have to guess whether the person presented as their “physician” is actually a physician.

Am 45 de ani și am ales clinica Esthetic Hair Turkey pentru implantul de păr. Am pornit de la un grad Norwood V spre VI și mi-au fost implantate 4.800 de grefe. Totul a fost foarte bine organizat, preluarea de la aeroport, cazarea, micul dejun, transferurile la clinică, totul a fost așa cum trebuie. Un mare plus a fost faptul că am beneficiat de asistență în limba română, doamna Daniela mi-a fost alături tot timpul. Echipa a fost profesionistă și atentă, iar rezultatul este surprinzător de bun! A pleasant experience, everything was as I expected.

My experience with Esthetic Hair Turkey was extremely disappointing, especially with the agent who introduced herself as INESS, while her WhatsApp business profile showed the name Sara.this her phone number she uses on watsapp:+905469022821.

At first, she was very responsive and offered me a very attractive price. However, once I booked my flight, reserved my hotel, and arrived in Turkey, everything changed. She stopped communicating with me and was no longer available to assist me. I never met her, and she did not handle my procedure as promised. Instead, I was passed from one person to another with little explanation.

I also discovered that I was expected to pay significantly more than the price I had originally been quoted because of additional charges that were never clearly explained beforehand. I felt misled and unprepared for these extra costs.

Based on my personal experience, I strongly recommend that anyone considering this clinic get every detail in writing before booking flights or hotels, including the final total price, exactly what is included, and who will actually be responsible for your care.

This was the worst customer service I have experienced, and I would not recommend dealing with this agent. I hope my experience helps others ask the right questions and avoid the problems I faced.

He was always attentive to my needs and managed all the logistics of my stay so that I didn’t have to worry about anything. He was also always available to answer any questions I had.

Those people who are running the clinic are blackmailing patients to remove their reviews. @ Trust Pilot - I trusted this clinic because of the recommendations. These People are shattering existences, they are criminals, they will destroy more lives if nobody stops them. They have destroyed my and I would give everything to to turn back time. Do not trust them and do not talk to them.

First of all, I want to thank the team. Everyone was friendly, professional, and treated me with care and respect from the moment I arrived. They made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process.
