La mia esperienza è stata positiva dall'arrivo all'aereoporto di Istanbul fino all'ultimo giorno quando mi hanno fatto il primo lavaggio...Bechir si è preso cura di tutto ed è stato disponibile per qualsiasi chiarimento ...mi ha seguito per tutto il percorso...il trapianto è stato fatto in 6 ore senza alcun problema....credetemi in aereo porto ho avuto la possibilità di confrontarmi con altri pazienti operati in altre cliniche..sembravano usciti da una macelleria con la zona donatrice piena di sangue e puls io invece ero pulito come se non mi avessero operato...mi darete ragione se sceglierete questa clinica... Lo staff è professionale e gentile .. Non credete alle recensioni negative lasciate in questo sito ...stavano per condizionare la mia scelta e scegliere un altra clinica. Ma poi con un attenta analisi ho visto che sono scritte tutte da una sola persona per diffamare la clinica..posso dire ancora che è stata la scelta migliore e conveniente sia nel prezzo che per il servizio ..

Absolutely terrible clinic and a horrible experience.
They should not be allowed to operate.

I had a hair transplant 6 years before in my home country and it went smoothly, so I have a direct comparison.

The clinic conducts mass treatment and many of the agreed upon services are not delivered. For instance I paid for a laser therapy and they assured me an interpreter. Both services were not provided and upon requesting them, the clinic did not concede any faults.

A tremendous problem is that the personnel doesn't speak English at all. Only two women at the desk office can communicate in fair English with you.

Thus, you cannot intervene or communicate your needs during the procedure.
The consultation of the procedure took only 5 minutes where an employee tries to sell more services and products at horrendous prices. For instance 500€ for a suitcase with hair products for aftercare.
The employee wanted to sell me services (like the platelet enriched plasma and laser therapy) although I already paid for them.

They do not issue a bill. Only upon request they write an informal handwritten bill.
As I later found out, the charge different prices due to your origin (Western Europeans and Americans have to pay more than Eastern or South Europeans. They charged 2300€ versus 1900€ for the exact same services.

At some point someone from the medical staff looked for one minute at my hair. The person hardly spoke English so it was very difficult to communicate about the procedure what will be done.

Then I was taken to a cold room in the basement where 2 assistants who did not know English at all, started to give me the anaesthetic injections.
The procedure lasted 8 hours and the personnel chatted and laughed in between but no doctor or anyone capable of speaking English was present. No one informed me about what was done, how many grafts are taken or asked if I felt alright.
The anaesthetics are very strong, including a high dose of norepinephrine, as I figured out later. No one will consult you at any time of what they are doing to your scalp.

As I felt that something was off, I insisted on seeing a doctor and someone who can speak some English. Even though I told them multiple times how I wanted the procedure to be executed, they would not listen and only say "don't worry, we know what we are doing."

In the end the result turned out bad, because they overworked the crown and did not do the hairline as I told them to. They also took too many grafts and probably overharvested the donor area.

Any complaints afterwards were in vain because the secretary and WhatsApp contact would shrug off any responsibility.

When you finish you get 1 bottle of baby shampoo and 1 foam spray and one A4 page with repetitive and contradictive statements.

Then you would have to wait for more than an hour until enough people would come together for the shuttle bus.

Since the hotel is 30' away from the clinic and located in the old city, you have to drive across cobblestones, which is not good for newly transplanted hair.

In general, you have to organize everything by yourself. The transportation back and forth from the airport to the hotel and the commuting from the hotel to the clinic. I always had to proactively initiate contact with the contact person and to keep in touch with other patients, otherwise I would have been stranded in Istanbul and no one would have taken me to the airport or back to the hotel.

The hotel is a 2-star low standard facility with no service.
The rooms are tiny, the fridge, the lights, the window and the door didn't work.
I had to change rooms twice just to get a somewhat acceptable room. Changing rooms right after a hair transplant is not a nice experience because you should not sweat, carry luggage or get stressed (high blood pressure).
The hotel staff always said that they are fully booked but all of a sudden if you stay adamant they have a room for you within a few minutes.

Finally, there is no after-care. You can send them pictures of your scalp for 9 days and someone will respond with a thumbs up on WhatsApp. No consultation, no assistance whatsoever.

Overall this experience was a nightmare from the beginning.

Now it is post-op week 7 and the scalp is still sensitive and the donor area is patchy and moth-eaten. Either it is overharvested and ruined or hopefully "just" needs several months recovery due to shock-loss.

At the moment I am in the process of taking legal action since the clinic does not even care to reimburse for the not provided services.

We need to get this place shut down ASAP. People i urge you DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT BOOK THIS HELL HOLE . They use another company's name to hide their identity . They are scam artists of the highest regard . I showed my pics to 5 other clinics in turkey and they said unfortunately I was butchered . I have just got back from another clinic 2 years later to reverse their damage . Please please stay away save your hard earned money .

I am reporting my personal experience, fully documented via WhatsApp messages, written exchanges, and video calls.
    •    September 2025: Wissal contacted me. After extensive messaging, when I requested the doctor’s identity, qualifications, and verifiable documentation, communication abruptly ceased.
    •    Following period: A second consultant (name not recalled) informed me that Wissal had left for family reasons. Communication again stopped after I requested the same information.
    •    November 2025: Lisa contacted me. She sent promotional messages and a video with a person presented as a dermatologist. When I requested verified information about the operating doctor, communication suddenly ceased.
    •    December 13, 2025: Beshir, sales supervisor, contacted me. He stated that Lisa, like Wissal, left for family reasons after an accident. Out of the three consultants before Beshir, at least two reportedly left suddenly for serious family reasons. I was repeatedly asked to “trust” the clinic and to revise negative Trustpilot reviews.
    •    December 17, 2025: I was told the procedure would be performed by Dr. Özge Aktas. She did not attend. Instead, Batuhan Bilgi appeared, presented as a doctor, but he is an anesthesia technician without a medical degree.
    •    December 18, 2025, 19:08: Beshir found a way to unilaterally cancel the trip. He wrote that I had “behavior not consistent with a serious person”, after I discovered that a technician had been falsely presented as a doctor. He asked whether I actually intended to come, despite already purchasing round-trip Rome–Istanbul tickets for two (Dec 29–Jan 3) and sending them via WhatsApp on Dec 17 at 23:00.

This ordeal has cost me and my wife the round-trip tickets, and involved over two and a half months of repeated contacts, messages, and video calls, all of which were ultimately fruitless.

I reserve the right, keeping and presenting all documentation in my possession, to claim material damages in accordance with international and Turkish relevant consumer protection laws and principles as set out below:

    •    UN Guidelines for Consumer Protection – protection against misleading or false claims in international services.
    •    Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 – safeguards against unfair commercial practices and false information.
    •    International medical standards / WHO guidelines – right to verified qualifications and informed consent from medical personnel.

This experience demonstrates repeated misrepresentation, refusal to provide essential medical information, manipulation, and financial loss, and serves as a warning to others.

Ho effettuato questa settimana un trapianto di capelli presso Esthetic Hair Turkey e l'esperienza è stata davvero bellissima. L'organizzazione è impeccabile e tutto il personale si è dimostrato super disponibile in ogni fase del processo.

Deep knowledge of the hair transplant techniques and the team very professional and caring. The experience would be excellent if the intervention team would consider the patient background in order to be more focused still maintaining a comfortable atmosphere during the transplantation time.

Another smooth process with EHT, this is my second hair transplant with them, had the front done last year which came back great so came to get the back and top done, couldn’t be happier , the transport, the hotel and the clinic all fantastic, thanks to Inji you were great from start to finish and also Batu and his team who did the transplant I will recommend anyone looking for a transplant to come to you .

I am personally very satisfied with EHT, for both hair transplant sessions I have been very respected, now some may say yes they do not know English well or feel the other language and during the operation they speak Turkish ok but they can speak their own language because it is a long operation, in conclusion I suggest one to everyone because it has a competitive price and above all they respect the patients until the last point

Cannot recommend this place to anyone, the level of unprofessionalism and lack of communication and transparency is beyond.
I have just had my hair transplant done a week ago here and it honestly felt like a nightmare.
There was no communication about what is going on at any point , no english speaking (on the contrary, a lot of turkish constant chatter and laughter) people coming in an out of the operation room (including visitors) as the door was wide open meanwhile my head was open on the table, no empathy or compassion, I was on the table for 8.5h and until I have asked multiple times for water and toilet no one has said anything. Also the operation has been done by a consultant not a doctor like they have said it will be.

After the operation they have sent me back to the hotel and I haven’t heard anything back until I had to contact and ask when will be the washing and taking the bandages off.

The washing took 5 min, no explanation about how to take care of my hair after, how to use the products I have been given, do I need to take any medication, nothing whatsoever. I also had to remind them that I have paid for Laser Therapy otherwise they would’ve sent me on my way (Bare in mind they are pushing for people to purchase this when you initially pay for the operation and it is not cheap).

And to top it up, when I got dropped off at the airport by the driver of the clinic I was being asked for tips.

Absolutely never again!

I’m writing this review again because I continue to be deeply impressed by the professionalism and care of this company’s staff. Mr. Reza has been incredibly attentive—consistently checking in on me and promptly responding to every question or concern I’ve had during my post-operative healing process. His dedication and kindness truly stand out. I sincerely believe that staff members like Mr. Reza elevate the reputation of Esthetic Hair Company to a much higher level. I am genuinely grateful for their ongoing support and exceptional service.

I personally think Esthetic Hair Turkey is the best choice to make when it comes to hair transplant because I think it will be so hard for the experience that i had with them to be beaten somewhere else, right from the pick up driver at the airport to my hotel, the staff, the surgery, and the after care service was phenomenal, it was an amazing experience for me, I couldn’t have been more happier with the overall service and the outcome, I will recommend them over and over again.
