I had a good time at the clinic And the women who was with me the whole time her name was imane was with me even in de night i needed her because i was in pain she brought me painkillers at the the hotel. And now I’m waiting for thé results i feel good so it wil be good

The best advice I can give you is go somewhere else! This place is an absolute disaster and super unprofessional! I will say the starting experience was amazing from information provided to the arranging and booking of everything but of course it will be right because that’s the most important part for them ie money!!! First day I visited the clinic they started the upselling and didn’t seem impressed when I declined. Barely anyone spoke English apart from the sales person while made me feel very anxious especially if you’re about to have surgery. When I gave my payment card the girl took pictures of the front and back which I asked why and delete them immediately and again she didn’t seem happy about it but confirmed she did. The surgery itself was shocking, there was a number of people who barely seemed old enough to be performing such a surgery. Throughout the surgery multiple people were walking in and out of the room including the drivers which was shocking considering the room should be kept sterile! I nearly had an argument with them when I shouted that anyone who shouldn’t be there get the hell out! After the trauma of the surgery and back in the hotel I realised my hairline was done wrong and was actually crooked!! They told me they took over 5000 grafts but that’s a complete lie as they can’t take that many using their technique and if they do then they have over harvested! That’s exactly what they did as my doner area is a complete mess and looks bald now! When I went back to get the bandages off I met up with 3 other guys form the uk and we got talking and it turned out they charged us all different rates. When in the clinic they over heard us talking and started shouting and going crazy that we shouldn’t be discussing our rates as it’s confidential. One of the guys started shouting back that we didn’t sign any confidentiality document! I literally couldn’t wait to go home to my own country! It was an absolute nightmare and now my hair is ruined and I have to pay to get it fixed which will cost even more! They should be shut down seriously!

Le taxi est venu nous chercher en retard, pour le retour vers la France.j’ai fait appeler le taxi par la réception de la clinique 3 fois. Nous avons donc loupé notre vol retour, la clinique n’a rien voulu savoir pour la prise en charge de nouveau billet d’avion 350€! 1600€ les implants +un coffret shampoing et complément alimentaire à 220€+ nouveau billet retour 360€ soit 2200€!!!

They Done the operation in half a day instead of full day. Charged me full day price , 4 months later , my hair looks not that great. This is my second hair transplant, first was done in a much better clinic .

I had my surgery 5 years ago, and it was done very badly. I have no density, and I am pretty sure they lied about the number of grafts they transplanted since my surgery lasted 3 hours instead of 6–8. I highly discourage you from choosing this place. I also looked at the reviews, and most of them with 5 stars looked fake...

I’m going to try give as much insight as possible in regards my 4500 graft hair transplant I got 5 weeks ago.

In the initial stages of booking and arranging the procedure everything went fine, there was no deposit which was nice, you just had to show proof of flights booked. The whole procedure cost €1600 ($1700) in total which included the procedure, 3 nights in a hotel and transfers to and from the airport, clinic & hotel, competitive price compared to other options I found.

The driver spoke absolutely no English and drove like a maniac doing 130+KMPH (80MPH) on the motorway in a van! This was a bit nerve wrecking but we survived nonetheless.

Once we arrived to the hotel I then started to realise why the Esthetic Hair were so cheap in price, the hotel (Great Fortune Hotel) is advertised as a 4 star hotel but in reality its most definitely a 2 or 3 star at best, the room is absolutely tiny to the point where me and my girlfriend we’re climbing over each other to get around the room, not a joke I will attach a picture, the bed is really small, hard and uncomfortable, Impossible for 2 people to sleep in, the blankets didn’t even fit the whole bed and we didn’t have a working phone in our room.

When we asked to move room the reception really don’t care about helping because it’s such a low quality hotel. There was also teenagers running around the hallways in the late hours of the evening, the hotel is really a big factor to consider when getting a hair transplant because in the days that follow after the procedure you just want to be able to rest comfortably and avoid hitting your head etc which was impossible in this awful tiny hotel room.

The area that the clinic is located is a complete ghetto, a very run down area, it doesn’t give you a good impression on the way in, there’s also multiple floors under construction in the building which doesn’t seem very sanitary.

In terms of the procedure itself the amount of information you’re given pre op isn’t much, you don’t even get to talk to an actual technician/surgeon, all of your interactions are with staff that have very little English & your procedure is done by nurses who are very young, that being said my hairline does seem ok but only time will tell. They also never even collected us after the procedure and we had to pay for taxi.

Now I’m going to talk about the WORST part of booking with Esthetic Hair, the representative we dealt with Negar, she was an absolute nightmare dealing with and I’m going to list just a few examples. When we arrived to the hotel and seen how terrible it was we texted Negar on Whatsapp to tell her how unacceptable and tiny it was, she said it was too late to resolve it that night and that she would make other arrangements the next day, I only got 2-3 hours sleep that night and went to my procedure absolutely exhausted.

Once the procedure was finished my girlfriend contacted Negar for me again to see what arrangements she had made for us, she said that she’s not going to change our hotel and that if we aren’t happy were just going to have to complain to the hotel (which we’ve already done and they did nothing). We tried to explain this to Negar but she then stopped replying to our messages, this is were things got really bad, we called Negar to try resolve the situation because there was no way we were going to be able to sleep/rest in that room, Negar’s attitude then completely changed and she became very rude & unprofessional.

She told us that “she is not going to help us anymore because of the way we were acting”. Just because we wanted to be able to sleep comfortably. Dealing with her was like trying to talk to an angry 13 year old teenager, so unprofessional and puts the company in such a bad light, I would love to share the screenshots of messages on this review but google would flag it for privacy reasons, I think the owners of Esthetic hair need to monitor her text messages with clients because she was absolute nightmare to deal with, because of her alone I wouldn’t recommend going to Esthetic Hair.

I experience a great treatment and process throughout. Also the hotel and the facilities were solide.
