Ordered on July 08,2026 and still have not received order. Tried emailing their support. No response and no phone number to call. They stated it would ship in 24 hours.

Do not try!! Made me very dizzy and sick feeling. They will not return your emails and there is no way to cancel subscription! Terrible!!!

Multiple customer support emails with no reply. Very frustrating. Will not be a customer. Sorry.

Terrible! They said you can do one time purchase but just keep charging your card. When you reach out they feed you some crap that you can cancel your membership but thats not true. Just Terrible. It drove my credit all the way down by continuously trying to charge me even after I canceled.

I have waiting for over 6 weeks to get my order and this week they took further money for more coffee. No response to my emails to support

Be aware this business is a scam! I have never received the order which I placed over three weeks ago. The customer service is ignoring my emails and not responding about inquiry for refund. I will need to dispute the charges with the bank and hopefully this business will be shut down. I highly DO NOT recommend ordering anything from them!

The product is good, I was previously a Everyday dose user. Erth tastes as good and has more goodies in it so that makes me happy. I didn't receive my sticker which is no big deal but I was going to use it to identify my erth. So far I am very pleased

Would give no stars if I could. BUYER BEWARE, it takes an act of God to get the subscription cancelled.

Warning to anyone buying this: check your cart carefully! They sneakily sign you up for an ongoing subscription without clear consent. I only wanted a one-time purchase and got hit with recurring charges. Terrible business practice.

I ordered my starter kit nearly two weeks ago. It has not shipped, although label was created, and no response from customer service.

BEWARE!!!! I placed an order with a refill and a few weeks later received 2 more bags on subscription costing me $107.00 CAD! They responded on how to cancel but no anwer to my emails about returns. The stuff tastes terrible. They are a scam company!! Do not buy!!!!

This coffee is tasteless. It’s like drinking hot water.

At first I was furious that I could not get any response as I waited 2 plus weeks to get my order and sent multiple email replies as well...
Lo and behold, they were just slammed with an onslaught from their new marketing campaign on social media... they have since contacted me both by text and email and been totally responsive. And I did get my product. It was a clean mix.

I placed an order on june 24th and never recieved my order I emailed them and sent back the info they wanted and they never got back with me so I emailed them again and told them I wanted a refund, we'll see if i recieve one. they need better customer service thats for sure!

I placed an order, which I received. I didn't like the taste of the mushroom coffee, and didn't feel any positive effects. I have had better mushroom coffee from other companies. They put me on auto-ship which I didn't approve. I tried to login to cancel, and the system didn't allow me to login to cancel the monthly subscription. I sent an email to the company and am awaiting a reply.
