Had issues with delivery but Erbology customer service was excellent and kept me informed of what was happening every step of the way. Excellent products - love the hibiscus powder and the greek olive crackers are delicious. Would highly recommend

Tried to take my review down numerous times- didn't work!
Wow what a company! Instead of focusing on their errors and how to rectify when they sent me incorrect information they tried to take my review offline numerous times, stating in one case that I had included 'defamatory information', I just stated the truth which Trustpilot agreed with and reinstated my review.
I made the right choice in looking elsewhere, you might consider doing the same!

Erbology, what a company!, yet again trying to take this review off line for being 'defamatory'. Epic fail once again!!! I bought what I wanted from Buy Whole Foods Online, cheaper and without all the negative hassle from Erbology. Awful company....

Great service & fast delivery but the only issue i had was that my items were sent as a split order but I hadn't had an email to state this which ended up in me having to email them to ask where the remainder of my order was but other than that, no issues

Quality is good, but quite pricey
Quality is good, though quite pricey so wish they could do bigger packaging for the extract powders (e.g. 60g besides the regular 30g).

I did finally receive the rest of my order last Friday - not sure where the hold up occurred (company or postal service); however, I am very happy with the quality of my order. Maybe this is the result of usually ordering on Amazon and getting used to next day delivery...

Great products and customer service
I highly recommend Erbology's Turkey Tail powder. I feel that I have more energy since I take it, and I managed to stay healthy when my husband had a bad cold (usually I would catch every cold around me!).
I'm giving it four stars because the shipping times are a bit long (it took two weeks for my order to arrive), and one of the bottles was broken. However, Erbology quickly sent a replacement, which arrived very fast. All in all, I am very satisfied with the products that I purchased.
