A perfectly adequate 3* for what is essentially a good bonafide business sourcing the best quality ingredients from around the world in order to assist our wondrously-innate biological cellular ability(thank you immune system)to heal & enhance our our wellbeing through the power of plants & the sun, commendable 💯🌱🌿
Just a shame the customer service experience as a returning customer(not a regular subscriber but I do recall placing at least a couple of orders previously) wasn’t as good as I was expecting & the the use of a certain courier 🚚 ie that well known one that changed its name(I would be inclined to return & even more likely to subscribe) as I personally strive to avoid them💯

Milk Thistle Powder Not Soluble
I’ve not been taking this long enough to see any benefits, but the one thing I’m not keen on is that this powder is not soluble. Mixing it in milk, yoghurts, smoothies, etc, just makes them gritty.

Hi Charlotte, thank you for your review. The main active compound in milk thistle, silymarin, is naturally not water soluble. This means the powder won’t dissolve in liquids and can feel gritty. Our product is 100% pure with no fillers or additives. You can take 1 teaspoon neat with a glass of water, or mix it into smoothies or yoghurt. Team Erbology

The delivery company did not respond to my inquiries, but Erbology eventually replaced the product and we love it. It is high quality and very easy to use.
