Broken bottle in package, NO reply to complaint
One of the six bottles of sea buckthorn juice that I had ordered and paid for arrived broken, i.e. it had not just a crack, but it was broken into multiple tiny pieces, and the leaking contents out of that bubble rapping had messed up the rest of that shipment. I notified Erbology about this and they do not seem to bother to even reply. They owe me a refund!
