Total scam
Terrible experience. This is a company that preys on vulnerable students searching for accommodation abroad. I tried to reserve an apartment and 1,000 euros were taken out of my account without my consent without any confirmation from the landlord! The online customer service experience has been dreadful and I am working on collecting testimonials from other scam victims so we can bring some legal action against them.

I was having problems getting a room…
I was having some problems getting a home because people would not answer my calls, my messages and would not show interest in proceeding with a possible contract! Finding a room in Erasmusu was definitely a releaf and a way easier process!

Les délais pour faire la réservation sont courts, 24h. Dès que c'est réservé, on n'a plus accès à l'annonce, on ne peut plus regarder ce que l'on vient de réserver. Il semblerait que les frais de commission s'additionnent > Erasmusu + Spotahome, soit plus de 500€ :-////

We would like to clarify that anyone can make a booking request at any time. We only have a deadline of 24 hours and it's for owners to accept or reject booking requests from our users, it doesn't involve tenants.
After making a booking request, the accommodation information will still be available for you, as well as your booking details.
Regarding the commission charged for the booking, it will depend on the city you are making your booking request, but if you book on our website, we will only charge Erasmusu's fees, nothing else.
If you're experiencing problems seeing the information about your booking request on your profile, please, contact our team so they can solve it as soon as possible.
We would also like to kindly ask you to reconsider your review as we think there is some information in it that is not true.
