I have apprecitated to be able to contact the landlord, she could provide me useful information for my booking.

The platform is great, but about spotahome there should be a filter for the number of room (4 rooms is not the same as 11). Also I could not select the date as I wanted even if I respected the conditions set by the agency. And so it would have been usefull to contact the agency before the reservation because now I might Not be able to change the dates (without having to make another reservation and loss the reservation taxe again). We should be able to contact for help if we need it because now I’m paying for one month that I don’t need

I liked that ir was a quick process. However my first choice of accomodation rejected me without any sort of explanation, and I think the owners should hace to give his reasons tu fully understand what was wrong. Nevertheless, the place suggested by your company after being rejected was a fine solution.

I was looking for a place to stay over the period of 2 months in Cyprus while my internship. Thanks to Erasmusu it was super easy and comfortable to find option that would appeal to me the most and then conduct the booking. Erasmusu provided the best options and service I came across. Thank you!

We booked accommodation that showed it was available only for it to be cancelled with no explanation as to why. We were offered alternate accommodation but it was in a dangerous area where we had not been looking and did not want to stay. In future it would be helpful to not advertise accommodation if it is not available. Now we have to wait for our deposit back which was also a significant amount of money so it rather disappointing.
