My only contact with the call centre each year and as usual got my information without fuss. Usually security features to go through first which is reassuring but then got my information quickly and clearly

Sorting out my logon issue
I did not note down the gentleman's name as he said it would be on this review. He assisted me in sorting out a logon issue as it seems I had 2 emails associated with my account. He gave me instead a user ID and explained exactly how I could ensure all my details were correct and waited as I logged on and updated my details and was so very patient. I could not have sorted this on my own. Thank you very much

Easier to wait if decent / variable music played
I found he listened and understood what I wanted also very helpful.
