I needed help setting up and using the share dealing app. I can honestly say Manish could not have been more helpful and understanding of my issues. He was very patient and appreciated that because we do not use the application often (or ever before) people need assistance in good plain language. Overall a great experience (and I came away with money in the bank) thank you.

Amazing service
Ramzia was superb. She helped sort out my access and give me re-assurance within 15 minutes as i had spent nearly 2 hours in another call with another department of EQI who either didnt know what to do or couldnt help me.

One star is too many
Introduced fees for a dealing account that has been free for years. 'Informed me' by e-mailing the wrong e-mail address despite having the right one. Indian call centre the absolute pits, reading off scripts, round in circles, can't grasp what the complaint is about. Just moved everything away from them. Don't waste your time. Another once decent company run into the ground to save money with inevitable results.
