ENGRAVERS GUILD LIMITED Omdömen

just wanted to say how happy I am with the necklace I recieved today. I had it done for my daughters birthday in Oct. She had a daughter in Feb and wanted something nice but simple to mark her birth and wear daily.
Very impressed with the presentation the engraving but especially the ease of ordering and delivery.
Thank you!

Really helpful team, responded really quickly with the ideal solution, they went to lots of effort to investigate how they could help and then come up with a solution. My order was delivered on time if not early thanks to the team sorting the delivery out. A great experience and the product was beautiful!

Overall I am satisfy with my purchase. It was delivered at fast pace and able to receive within a same week.

Glass engraved and dispatched promptly. Well packaged and safely delivered by Royal Mail Tracked 24 service. Order placed on Sunday afternoon and delivered on Thursday. Excellent service, excellent communication via several email updates and very pleased with the appearance of the engraved letters. Very glad I used this company and wish every online firm was run as well as this one.

Not the experience when buying wedding gifts I was hoping for.

DO NOT START PERSONALISING UNLESS YOU INTEND TO BUY.

If you personalise gifts and don’t make you order….(change your mind) you will be heart broken. Likewise if you personalise gifts and make an order so that you don’t lose your designs you will be unable to cancel. Despite messaging immediately.

I would recommend looking elsewhere!

Excellent. Items all received on time. Excellent work and extremely reasonable prices.

Wouldn’t hesitate to buy from again in the future.

Fantastic company with lovely gifts. Bought a pocket watch as a gift for my mate for whom I’m his best man. Personalised, shipped and with me within days. Great service, and the customer service via email is second to none. Thank you so much

Brilliant company with first class customer service

Their work is excellent.Their prices are incredible.Would have expected to pay much more for such quality.Kept updated from the point of placing order.A truly professional company.

I ordered a whisky pewter glass for my friends husband as a birthday present. For some reason the delivery didn't go ahead so I had to contact the company to advise of my dissatisfaction.
James emailed me back and sent another one out straight away.
When I opened the box the glass was inside a black velvet bag. The glass is good quality and the stags head and bottom trim is lovely. I also had it engraved.

Even though it was a late birthday present. The receiver loves it. I am very pleased with the whole product and the customer services I received from James.
I would order again from this company.
Thank you

Really pleased with the item I ordered. I made a mistake when deciding what to have engraved and emailed to ask for it to be changed. This was done without any issue at all and the item arrived before I had even seen the response email. Very impressed with the service and the item. Would definitely order again.

Amazing from purchase to receiving the item! I purchased a memory necklace for ashes to go into the necklace itself it’s absolutely beautiful, the photo in the locket and engraving on the back is perfect! The company and their customer service was outstanding, they communicated with me throughout and ensured we received the necklace back before a birthday, this was well before their time frames so we were truly grateful! Honestly amazing necklace and amazing company - thank you so much!

I am absolutely thrilled. It is more than I expected. The quality of the product and engraving is superb. An exceptional and helpful customer service. From ordering to receiving was so quick and efficient. Thank you!!

From start to finish the whole process of ordering and receiving the end product was impeccable. I ordered two whiskey/pewter glasses for colleagues' leaving gifts. The quality of the glasses with a logo was of such high quality, and absolutely amazing. We requested delivery next day and they arrived next day! Really impressive! I would highly recommended Engravers Guild Ltd. Thank you so much.
