I still cant get a 7 day pass. I can't see which red button to press.
I phoned and spend 10 minuets on the phone only to get the same link. Which says to press the red button. Where is the red button???

great customer service to update our subscription
Our new membership cards came through, but we are now both pensioners, so the membership and price was wrong. I had a 'live chat' with Kemi, who quickly confirmed a few details, updated the system, arranged for new membership cards to be sent, and adjusted the membership fee.

Prompt response to my request
Consideration was made to the fact that we were unable to keep our membership due to ill health. My emails were responded to very quickly and very politely. I was extremely impressed with the professional way that my request was handled.
