VIP Experience Stonehenge
Booked the VIP Experience of Stonehenge on 2/7/2026 for our 44th Wedding Anniversary and a massive thankyou to Tom and Mark for making it an unforgettable experience. The bonus of having two guides for the group of 5 enables you to gain from the vast knowledge that is passed on from them as well as being able to have one on one conversations with them during the visit. I would highly recommend the VIP Experience and once again a big thank you to Tom and Mark.

Walmer Castle in Kent - such a gem!
We visited Walmer Castle in Kent and Joined the Tudor Tour with Caroline.
It was fantastic and we visited parts of the castle not open to all.
Caroline was so interesting and knowledgeable. It was educatioal and entertaining too.

Annoyingly trying to force you into renewal by sending you a card and saying the payment is due. Absolutely disgusting behaviour.

Booking Date Changed with No Problems
I accidentally booked a visit to one of the heritage sites for the wrong date. I contacted English Heritage's customer service immediately, and they resolved the issue without any problems. My booking dates were changed quickly, and I received my new vouchers right away. Excellent customer service!

Always great staff and very polite
Always great staff and very polite. When I have contacted the English Heritage Office I have always recieved a quick and full reply. Also their sites are well looked after and their Cafes are clean and lovely food is served. I / we will carry on being Members.
