Real people answer the phone!
It was so great to be able to speak to an actual person who was friendly and helpful, dealt with my query efficiently, and confirmed everything to me in an email. Such a refreshing change from having to grapple with an on line chat that never resolves anything properly. Well done English Heritage.

I had been send the wrong membership…
I had been send the wrong membership card on renewal, l had a disabled pass and been sent a senior membership. Contacted them by email and it had been changed back to disabled membership within a few days look forward to visiting again excellent service

Quick and helpful
I didn't have to wait for an agent, they answered quickly, they were very helpful and polite and resolved the issue quickly. This is much better than email, as I had emailed 5 days ago and only received an auto reply and nothing more.

I was delighted by the quick response from customer services when I contacted them with regard to a membership issue. I have just had the same issue with another membership, but that was only corrected when I rang them. I much prefer to email, than to hang around on the phone. So thank you English Heritage, you can be sure of my membership for many years.
