The response to my comment in your feedback was likewise unaccepable, saying that not all cards are recognised. The card was clearly marked as from the Australian Government (services australia) and headed Queensland.

Easy to follow instructions.
As a senior (very) woman I usually do things like this over the phone - but I found that your setup was easy to follow so I tried (successfully!) online and found it to be quite easy. Having said that I think ‘real people’ are still needed for phone contact. I have friends and relatives who have no technical access or knowledge.

Disappointed and Frustrated
Disappointed and frustrated. Only change of plan by customer of 20 years standing at same address, so all details are already on file - name of account holders, ownership of premises, communication preference, bill payment preference, direct debit account details, etc
BUT - I am required to provide all these details unnecesarily all over again, making switching plans a longer and more complicated process.

Cost of living
Easy to register. The NSW Flexi plan seems to be what NSW seniors are looking for.
A $200 rebate from the NSW State Government for having the NSW Seniors Card, and also a discounted rate for holders of the Services Australia Commonwealth Health Care Card. After researching all the electricity plans, this Energy Australia NSW Seniors Flexi plan seems to be the best option for electricity delivery and supply.
