I'm missing a duct vent for my LG gas…

I'm missing a duct vent for my LG gas dryer. Cannot use it. I contacted LG. Referred me to encompass.com. Tried to chat. not functioning. Filled out a customer support form, with photos of what I need. two weeks later, no response. It says they will respond in 24-48 hours. Tried it again. A week later, no response.

Bertazzoni burner issues

Had a lot of difficulty getting replacements parts for my Bertazzoni. Called Encompass Customer Service and Spenetta Taylor answered the phone. Long story short, she figured out that I received the wrong part numbers from a Bertazzoni certified tech. She went through the specifications of my range and got the correct part numbers. Parts are now on their way to my home to fix my long broken range. She was awesome!

Avoid Encompass and Allstate

Avoid Encompass and Allstate – They Don’t Honor Their Policies!

I’m Ana, a single mom in Oklahoma. After a hard divorce, I worked to buy my home and trusted Encompass (an Allstate company) to insure my roof. When hail totaled it, they found every excuse to deny my claim — saying it was “pre-existing damage.”

If that were true, why did they insure it and take my premiums? They cover $50K roofs every day but denied my small $10K roof. It feels like fraud. They gladly collect payments but vanish when it’s time to help.

If this is how they treat a single mom, I can’t imagine how they treat others. I highly recommend Farmers Insurance instead — my friends say they actually look out for their customers.

Encompass and Allstate care more about profits than people. Don’t trust them with your home.

Great American service.

For one thing the representative was American which made communicating very easy. For another Gwen was very patient in assuring we found the right part for the right model. Lastly, the pricing was very reasonable. Gwen was very friendly as well.

If companies want a lesson in customer service, they should call on Encompass to teach them!!!!!! Credit #-1771.
I ordered a part that a repair tec. said was needed. It came & upon examination, there was NO place for that part. Encompass graciously authorized a return and refunded the FULL expense!!!!!!!!!!!! The next time I need something Encompass can supply, guess where I'll order from?????? Thank you so much!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Very bad return policy!

The parts I did receive did looks like they were not in original packaging! when I did test one part it did not work.
I did ask for refund and return as per their policy .. since last week I'm still going back and forward with them in emails chat, they are refusing to send me the return label!
What a scam, I wish I did not purchase any part from them; I will never recommend them to any one, very bad experience and worst customer service!
I never had this issue when I buy from Amazon! if not working as expect they return it without issues!

When technicians or companies you hire to fix an appliance tells you good luck ordering from Encompass. We'll, they were corre t. Both parts I ordered separately were correct.

Ordered a part 7/30/25 (very easily with Encompass) for refrigerator after technician told me the part is not in stock and can't be found. When I advised Technician I ordered the part his response was "they are going to send you the wrong part". CORRECT!! On 8/6/35 Encompass sent me a confirmation regund email. However, no shipping label as promised. I contacted them again, paid for the correct part and asked for label. I returned the part. Confirmed they received it. That was over 20 days ago. I called a week ago. Was told it would take 7 business day. From 8/6/25 that woukd be 8/15/25. Again today 8/26/25 I was told thecregubd has not been processed yet. Encompass takes one minute to take your money. This is ridiculous. Again, 2nd part. INCORRECT. Did receive shipping label. They are very slow and seem to NOT want to issue refunds. Today, I returned 2nd part and asked the gentleman I was speaking to, to please font take over a month to process. Even after its credited to my checkingvaccount(which now, after this review, who knows) my bank holds it for 3 business days. Over 150.00 of my money is being held by Encompassvandvwete absolutely no help. I've been living a month now with no refrigerator hoping they would get it right.

I ordered an ice maker for my LG…

I ordered an ice maker for my LG refrig. Waited two weeks and it was not shipped. I called and they said for some reason it was never picked up at the warehouse. Now I have to wait 5-7 days for a refund to my credit card. I hope I have better luck with that..
I was just given a credit which did not include the s/h and the tax I paid. Made another phone call and they said they will take care of it in a couple of days.

NO ETA for production and delivery!

I've placed an order in May. Eta on my order has been changing every week, and when I called every week since then, nobody knew what's going on. I wanted to talk to a supervisor, he wasn't even able to answer any questions, only saying LG is not good at giving correct etas and answering to production questions. That's not acceptable you're ordering from such a big company and you never know when you'll receive your items, where are they, when they'll be produced, shipped or be at your location!!! Worst customer service and supply chain I've ever experienced!!!

Horrible Shipping Timeline

Placed order in April, expected ship date was 11 days. Since then, the order part has been pushed to July, and now to September. Customer service is next to nothing, can't solve any problems nor provide any new information that I don't already know from the status page. Can't refund either and no remedy provided. Avoid getting parts from this company.

Charged for items not in stock/shipped yet

I looked up two parts for a portable air conditioner unit and ensured that the ones I needed were in stock. I selected a 2-day FedEx delivery, and my card was charged shortly after I placed the order. Five days later, I still have not received the parts and have contacted customer service. I was informed that one of the parts is on backorder (1+ month) and cannot be shipped until all parts are ready. Please don't charge for items that have not been shipped yet. Send a follow-up to the customer, letting them know that there will be a delay with the shipment. I requested a full refund. The Representative who cancelled my order was friendly, which is why I gave a 2-star rating. Encompass needs to update its website to reflect what is available and what is backordered, and inform customers if an item is out of stock, even if it was previously shown as available. Bad customer service on that end! I needed these parts as soon as possible and was happy to have found them, as they are hard to get.

Commitment and care

Just wanted to thank Encompass for their what is really a service and commitment - the only two countries where the exact part (SAE 996530009582 (17000097) ALUM/POL.V2 PRES/MECC.FILTERHOLDER) I (based in Azerbaijan) needed are the UK and USA, the latter being twice less expensive, ordered with Encompass, it took time, but worth it; thanking Encompass once more for caring

Ordered a replacement part for LG oven…

Ordered a replacement part for LG oven on May 28, 2025. When package arrived a substitute part was enclosed - NOT what I ordered. Could not use. Spoke w/Jacquil Hudson who said he would send a shipping label for returning package. Did NOT receive that label. Called again and return shipping label was sent. Took package and label to Fed Ex drop off site. They took both; Unfortunately I did not think to get a tracking number or receipt of any kind. Time passed (it is now June 26); no word from Encompass. I called yesterday; advised to go to drop offsite I’d used to inquire about package. After some time staff found it- mailing label was from Encompass to me; staffer said it appears Encompass received the package and sent it right back to me!!!!!! I called earlier today; explained situation and was told I’d be emailed a NEW shipping label. Waiting for that; when/if I am able to return this box, I want a new part for my stove. NO SUBSTITUTES. Or my money back. if I knew I could get the part elsewhere I would order from that source.

I wanted to take a moment to recognize the outstanding customer service I received from Lagarius Whiteside.
Initially, I had ordered two vent connector parts for my Medina Air Conditioner through an online retailer, Genuine Replacement Parts. I was charged $66.95, but unfortunately, the wrong part was delivered. When I contacted Genuine Replacement Parts to resolve the issue, I had a frustrating experience—the representative was dismissive, repeatedly spoke over me, and ultimately disconnected our call.
Seeking a resolution, I reached out to Midea, who directed me to Encompass Parts. From the start, the communication with your team was smooth and professional. Lagarius Whiteside exemplified patience and attentiveness, allowing me to explain my situation in full. Not only did he provide me with the correct part numbers and process my order accurately, but he also went above and beyond to ensure I was properly assisted. He discovered that my email address had been misspelled, which had prevented me from receiving my original invoice.
In an incredible show of customer care, Lagarius arranged for me to receive a refund for the incorrect part—without requiring me to return it! His kindness and efficiency reassured me that I was a valued customer, something that unfortunately feels rare in customer service today.
I sincerely appreciate Lagarius’s professionalism and commitment to resolving my issue. Encompass Parts is fortunate to have such a dedicated team member, and I wanted to ensure his exceptional service was recognized.
