The part shipped was only a portion of the part shown/sold on the website. I now have to try to source the other components (factory precision bearing), to get the component, which should have been one whole peice, to work. Spending more money, and more time, on something that should have been plug and play. LG Parts is an unreliable joke and I will not be shopping throuhg them again.

This is not LG. Purchased two refrigerator door bins that did not fit (even though my model number was shown to fit on their site) and the company makes returning the items beyond difficult. They do not provide shipping labels, ask you to take pictures and find every way to avoid a return. I think this may be a scam company so please stay away.

OEM fan packaged horribly
I ordered an OEM condenser fan motor to replace the screeching banchee of a motor that went out an LG refrigerator that was only 5 years old. Different topic but that was our first LG fridge and it will be our LAST refrigerator purchase from LG. The motor came in a cardboard generic box loose in the box. It was not wrapped in bubble wrap or secured in any way. I've seen better packaging from regular people on ebay. This was my first order from LGParts and will certainly be the last. The motor does not look damaged but its hard to tell until I install it. The part was very overpriced IMO as well. I could have bought a non-OEM LG motor for 1/5 of the price I paid for this one but I assumed OEM would be better. We will see.

Great Company
This a great company to work with. My husband and I just bought a new 4 piece set of appliances for our kitchen. We had bought a range that we loved but didn't match the other appliances in style. After some research...we decided to keep the range and change the big front handle to match the other appliances. We went to the LG website and ordered the needed parts. It was so easy to navigate and they had everything we needed. The parts arrived in a matter of days and were in perfect condition. I highly recommend this company and will be a customer for life!
