Star Trek swim shorts
Great product just about fits shame it wasn’t available in XXXL.
XXL this is what I would usually buy and it the biggest size listed however even as an XXL it is a very tight fitting around the waist so I would class this XXL as an XL.
Great quality love the Startrek print.
Delivery was a bit on the slow side, didn’t realise it was coming from Germany but found out when tracking said it was delayed abroad, once it hit the UK it arrived next day.
Ordered 28th of June, arrived 10th of July.
Website a breeze to use.

Delivery took ages just to receive wrong size t-shirt.👎
Order for two t-shirts size XXL placed
25 June.
14 days later received package with 2 t-shirts, 1 size XXL and 1 size S🤷🤦.
Shirts were purchased especially for a gig which is happening tomorrow and because your delivery took so long and you also sent the wrong size there is no time to sort this out. I'll be avoiding you guys from now on.

Sorry to say I'm not impressed
Very sad to say that my experience was bad.
Always had good experiences in the past with EMP.
Hadn't ordered for some years, but decided to place an order recently for some boots and a t-shirt.
When they arrived unfortunately the boots are small and the t-shirt too big.
Decided to exchange them so went on the website only to discover there is no such option. You can only return the items for a full refund (minus the shipping fees) and place a new order. It's free returnswhich is good, but for the new order I would have to pay shipping fees again, leaving me paying twice the shipping fees for my items.
Sorry to say I'm not impressed!

Ordered goods on 22nd June with a…
Ordered goods on 22nd June with a delivery date diven of 30th june to 2nd july. I tried to cancel the order but was told it had been processs and i would need to return.
I have chased for a delivery date to be told the order will be dispateched in 72 hours which is beyond the orginal delivery date. The company wont cancel the order and process a refund, i need to wait for late delivery and then spend time returning.
This is poor and unacceptable customer service

My order arrived on time. I ordered a few items and one item had to be returned and I found the return process very easy. I bought these to wear to an Iron maiden and Ghost UK concert, it’s good quality and I like their style.

Ordered on the 13th june its now 25th and parcel still not been recieved at the distribution hub? Needed the items for 26th so looks like i wont be getting them as going away 27th. Really disapointed as not cheap items and quick to take your money. Response from customer care not too bothered as told me to give it time? Not the service ive had before, very disapionted.
