My order arrived on time. I ordered a few items and one item had to be returned and I found the return process very easy. I bought these to wear to an Iron maiden and Ghost UK concert, it’s good quality and I like their style.

Ordered on the 13th june its now 25th…
Ordered on the 13th june its now 25th and parcel still not been recieved at the distribution hub? Needed the items for 26th so looks like i wont be getting them as going away 27th. Really disapointed as not cheap items and quick to take your money. Response from customer care not too bothered as told me to give it time? Not the service ive had before, very disapionted.

A treasure trove of merch and more
For a start, what a fab website full of awesomeness. I was looking for the recent Die Toten Hosen release and came across this treasure trove. It’s not that easy to find recordings and merch of in-the-uk-less-than-well-known bands and yet here is EMP providing sustenance and more. Great website, great service and overall a great experience. Cool T-shirts. Decent quality. Second time I’ve ordered from EMP. My only gripe is the delivery time. Took a week to process the order and another week for delivery. Other than that, really happy.

Absolutely love this site! really hoping they will post some more competitions. Quality of the clothing is excellent! Takes about a week or so till it arrives but well worth the wait and I have already ordered a bunch more stuff. Can't wait to receive my next shipment!!

Order just cancelled
Id pre-ordered a vinyl colour variant which I understand is limited and in short supply, but if you are not going to be receiving an allocation this shouldn't have been available to pre-order. Now it's sold out everywhere and I've missed my opportunity to get it at retail price. And I'm not going to pay scalpers prices for it on eBay.
Plus it took an extra 3 days until after release before I was even notified and refunded. Why did it take that long?
Sorry EMP but I won't be using you again.
