I emailed customer services on 9/4/26 and they said it would be delivered that day on the the 9th - It wasn't. Ended up being a late birthday present which is always embarrasing. Customer services couldn't care less.
First and last time I'll ever use this company and I'd advise anyone to look elsewhere.

I am 182cm (about 5'9), 86kg. -Ordered size XL Alpha Bomber jacket and it fits like it's 2 sizes too small... Even though according to their size guiding It should've fit loosely on me. I own multiple "bomber" jackets from multiple manufacturers, all are in "L" and all are pretty much same size and they fit comfortably. Super disappointed in "Alpha industries" sizing and even more disappointed in "EMP" description as they failed to do a simple "copy and paste" job from the original site. Model is taller in the description on the Alpha's site, and jacket size is different as well than stated on the site. Quite an expensive mistake on my behalf for trusting the websites description. Be cautious, do some research and maybe even watch some reviews on products if possible prior to purchasing.

Was sent a medium and sizing was 8 cm off a pure nightmare with the chatbot very poor email response and phone no. Is only useful if you have German. Huge ordeal trying to get proper refund.

Very very disappointed with your return policy. I live in Ireland and you refuse to offer a paid return label. Why? Is it just Ireland. So now it's going to cost me 20 euro to send back a hoodie and a t shirt. This is insane I could buy a hoodie for that. I won't be shopping here again. It's disgraceful.

There are many places to buy rock n roll t-shirts, why would this company with all the stock fall flat on its face with its rubbish customer service ? . . . If you're buying for Xmas i would perhaps think again, although if delivery is made in the next couple of days i will update this review, written 12th Dec 2025

Ordered and pre-ordered an item. They came when I expected (when the site had said preorder was ready). Shipping was prompt and items packaged well. Items themselves were good quality! Better than I expected and worth the price! I don't know why EMP has a low trust pilot score on the UK site, but they have a very good reputation in Germany where they are based. I am very happy and they deserve a higher score!

Very Poor Customer Service I ordered three items on 4th December one of which was a pre order. Two weeks later no sign of anything. I had to contact customer service myself only to be informed the pre order item was now out of stock. Won't get items in time for Christmas. They should have had the decency to inform of this earlier. Not even an apology from Solene their customer service representative. I just cancelled the order and asked for a refund. Do not do business with EMP they have no respect for customers. Unfortunately I did not check the reviews on here first. I am seeing how difficult it is to get a refund from them.

Bought from them many times. Have returned a few items. Have been easy to deal with every time. Some of the clothes are so thin when new they don't last too long but that's probably more of a general clothes trend than anything specific to them.

Ordered boots, wrong size accidentally selected so contacted them within 5 mins of ordering said nothing can be done about it and send them back free of charge on arrival. When they arrived I promptly returned them and I was refunded the postage but have never received the money for the boots purchased. After numerous emails they insisted they had returned the money which was a complete lie. Money was never returned. Further contacted and continued to claim money was returned and kept referring to the postage money and not the money for returned product. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM EMP

Items didn’t arrive. Reported this and had to fill out a claim form. All accepted but no refund. They keep promising it but still nothing weeks later, over £100. Have reported to credit card company.

Very disappointed!! After spending quite a bit of money and being a loyal customer for years, I had an issue with a parcel not being delivered. DHL tracking advising delivered as well as An Post (which take over when items arriving on Irish territory).
As usual, An Post advised of delivery when item is not left anywhere to be found not even trying to knock or otherwise. Contacted EMP of issue and it was solved within few days with a refund as they do not provide store credit or replacement, you have to reorder yourself. I got confirmation of the solved issue and refund by email.
After four months, I was advised by Roselene (the lady who solved my initial issue) that I would be charged again as I did not confirm that I did not receive the items. I signed a form advising that I did not receive the items 4 months earlier !!!
Apparently I did not reply to an email asking if I received the items. The email in question was sent after the issue was resolved and obviously thought that it was a mistake ( or duplicate) since I got the refund and was told the investigation was done.
I contacted customer service advising of the situation via chat. Solene (another customer agent) advised that they were sorry for the confusion and misunderstanding and that I would not have any money debited again. However, Roselene followed by email to advise that they made aware the investigation team of the issue and that they would let me know the outcome in due course?!?
Make up your mind!
So many contradictions and issues after 4 months when I thought this was resolved. As well, as not receiving the items, 4 months later, I am still spending time and energy to justify and explain that I did not receive the items so that they won't charge me again!!
Very annoying and disappointing experience...

Asked for a refund March 2023 for an item that did not turn up. Had an email today 28th February 2024 saying they ave issued the refund to the original account. I closed this account 6 months ago. They said tough!

Wish id have looked on here earlier.
Use this company if you want to be messed about, item not recieved almost 20 days after ordering, they dispatched the item immediately after i asked for a refund. I clearly stated that i didnt need it anymore, will be refusing the delivery and will be surprised if i get a refund after seeing all the other consistant 1☆ reviews

The WORST customer service I've ever encountered. Waited 40 minutes in the chat just change an address in an order I had just made!
I got a "Hello" from "Sam", and it took me idk 30s to reply and chat was closed. So here I go again, next time I got "Spencer", who replied with a ready made message saying they can't change my order and it's already being processed for shipping and closed the chat (no opportunity for me to reply, neither did he check my order)? I had made the order within the hour, I'm sure the package isn't handed over yet.

I returned two items to them for refund, they wanted me to sign declaration that I am unaware of the location of one item. I sent both items. Explained to them that I cannot sign it because it doesn't make sense. They said it's needed so they can issue a refund. I had to contact European consumer centre to have this sorted out. They refunded me after like 3 months. I would give 0 stars if I could. So be careful if you're returning anything to them, there might be problems. Dodgy company. Also the quality of short pants they sell is a bit low. Needs fixing after couple of months.

£3.99 postage for 2 T-shirts that took 10 days to arrive - Shockingly poor - The T -shirts themselves are exactly the same brand as sold on Amazon but cheaper
My advice avoid this company & buy from Amazon, who at least will deliver within 2 days
