Got some great gear. However if something goes wrong you have zero chance of fixing the issue. There is NO customer services. And if you get something the wrong size you have to pay for your own returns... to Germany! This could result in you paying way more than the item cost just to return it ( they know this of course) and if you happen to buy something heavy (boots, jackets etc.) the cost of returning could be two or even three times.
You will NOT get a refund... ever.
AVOID THIS SHOP LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!

Great products. Ok prices. But if something doesn't go to plan (you receive wrong size etc.) you can forget about this company caring or even responding. You have to pay for registered express post for returns (They insist on it!) which could, if returning something heavy (Boots, leather jackets etc.), end up costing you double what you paid for it. This happened to me when I purchased an €200 leather jacket. I have sent 25 e-mails to this company over the last year and a half. I have never received a response... not once. It feels very scammy.

Joke of a company. Order placed on the 2 of Jan and still not received another 1 placed on the 11 of Jan. And surprise surprise still not received. Order status is lable 7, what ever that means and customer services can't tell me what it means either. JOKE

Second time ordering from EMP, I love their stuff and with Brexit they're my new go to shop without added VAT. Clothing is great quality and shipping from Germany could be faster but better than most places. Good customer service as well ☺️
merch is fantastic i am a massive Rick and Morty fan ordered quite a few bits off them delivery was good products in good order not cheaply made like some say, two reasons why i didnt give 5 stars 1st jocks were small sized cant return so stuck with them, thats just tough but went to place a second order for the mrs seen stuff on 3 for 2 and had discount code but when you add discount it take off 3 for 2 and puts everything back at full price then applies discount. didnt like that so didnt order as it went from what should have been €125 up to €194 but other than that great stuff

Ordered Xmas present for my daughter on Dec 4th. Delivered on Jan 9th. Missing part of order. Customer support beyond bad. Emailed them about order before Xmas. They just replied with the original order email. Called them, on hold for over 45 mins. Promised order would be with me before Xmas day. No sign until Jan 9th with an item missing. Beware of this seller.
Placed order on 28th of November, Now 15th of December and order is still "processing". have sent multiple emails, filed a dispute with paypal and nothing. These were alll christmas gifts and its too late to try and get them from elsewhere now. Absolute joke of a company
