Chat function not live
I’ve used EMP for years with no problems. When I placed my order this time I realised as soon as the payment went through that the delivery address was my sister’s - 250 miles away. The chat had closed 15 mins before so I emailed EMP and also logged onto the chat at 9am (their published opening time) the next day. At this point the order was still pending. No one responded for almost 90 minutes and then only to inform me there was nothing they could do as the order was now processing. The order sat processing for 4 or 5 days before it was dispatched. Please be aware their chat function doesn’t appear to be live. I realise it was my error but in this day and age I am surprised and disappointed that they couldn’t change the postal address for me.

Broken on arrival
Everything arrived but there was no bubble wrap or anything around the mugs I ordered and one of them broke. Everything else got here fine

Product arrived reasonably fast
Product arrived reasonably fast, well packaged.
It was a shirt for myself. I love the colour. Might have given the one extra star if the fit had been better and cloth a higher quality. As it stands the arms are a little on the short side and the cloth is quite light weight for a flannel shirt (certainly much thinner than the one I'm wearing). Nice shirt but slightly over priced for what was received.
