The top I ordered does not look anything like what I received. The material and workmanship was sub-standard to say the least. I should have read the reviews before ordering I would have never ordered. They make it impossible to get a refund; not willing to send a return label to make it easier. I've decided to dispute the charge.

I ordered a denim top didn't get what I ordered it is poor quality this place needs to be shut down

DO NOT ORDER from this company. They ship CHEAP product that is made in China and does not match the description on their site. I ordered a woman's large which turned out to be a kids size. Currently trying to return and get a refund, but they didn't respond after I sent them pictures of the issue. I will be reporting them to the BBB and NM Attorney General for fraud.

Zero customer service. Not responding for request. Skirt not at all like the photos . Not even remotely. What a scam.

If I could give a negative number, I would. I ordered 2 pieces - the Zaira Cat Top that clearly looks like a sweater in the photo. I got a VERY disappointing polyester piece. The second thing I ordered was the Felicia Bloom Meadow blouse that clearly looks like soft cotton in the photo -- again I received a polyester piece that looked terrible. After ordering, I read reviews (my mistake) and canceled my order with an hour. Of course, I received an email back that my items had already been shipped so I couldn't cancel. At least I received 2 items. I won't even try returning them (have to be in original packaging and mailed to China). Horrible company. Extremely misleading. Website leads you to believe they are based in CA or WY.

This is a TOTAL scam. What I purchased is NOT what I recieved. It’s too bad I can’t upload pics. I definitely learned to check reviews before falling for some scam company. They want me to send back to china which will cost as much as the “shoe” I bought. If you can call it a shoe. It is literally plastic and foam. They called it an “orthopedic” shoe on line. Unreal. People like this need to be stopped.

I ordered two beautiful denim tops that looked gorgeous online. What I received was nothing like what I ordered—completely different tops.

I requested a full refund several times, but instead of taking responsibility for shipping the wrong items, they expect me to pay to return them...to China! They continue to claim the items simply "did not meet my expectations."

No—that's not the issue. I expected to receive the items I ordered, not completely different products.

Since the company refuses to take responsibility for its mistake, I have no choice but to dispute the charge with my credit card company.

Their photos are highly deceptive and they offer very little to nothing in returns. The address mentioned above is the return address in China. just imagine what the cost will be to return an item. ORDER AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!!

If I could give a negative review I would.
I ordered a 3XL denim vest as per size chart. I also knew that item would most likely shrink upon washing. I received item with no size label in a package marked XL . The item did not fit.
I sent email asking for credit return as it was their mistake for sending me the wrong size.
Customer service sent me an email to return item to China and I would be responsible for shipping costs “as per purchase agreement.”

I sent another email to them stating that this was their fault and I want a refund.

DO NOT ORDER FROM EMMA & OLIVIA BOUTIQUE! This company is not for real. I ordered a dress and followed the "shipping" which came from outside US and was transferred to USPS. Their shipping claimed delivery at mailbox. My "Informed USPS" service documents everything delivered to my mailbox. NO ITEM WAS DELIVERED on or even within a week either way of the "claimed delivery". My mailbox is a large strong box, so it could not have been removed without my key. The company has only responded to one email that stated; "Item delivered". They also do not answer their phone. This is a front for a Chinese company. If you have the time, check out Margot & Rose, margotandrose.com Exact same photos and store front, just a slight name change. I will never order anything again from Facebook or Instagram. ALL OF THESE COMPANIES ARE OUTSIDE OF US and if you do actually get the item, it takes 6-8 weeks to ship! So mad at myself for falling for this AGAIN.

En premier elle a essayé de me dissuader de retourner les articles
Après avoir insisté la boutique m’a communiqué l’adresse d’un vendeur en Chine alors que la boutique EMMAOLIVIA n’est mentionnée nulle part et m’a précisé que les frais de retour étaient à ma charge
La Poste m’a communiqué les frais qui s’élèvent à 54€ pour le retour de 3 articles d’une valeur de 129€
Aucun vendeur ne procède de la sorte
C’est une arnaque pure et simple
Tous les vendeurs proposent des retours par Mondial Relay soit gratuits soit une faible participation de 2,99€

Very misleading company, they need to be closed down. They are rogues, advertising wrong cloths, faking huge savings, shipping very inferior products, they make returns very hard and not even possible. Very sad that people like this are allowed on online shopping platforms, government has to enforce rules that disallow this criminal.

Would give them a zero review. Item did not look like photo, return it if you want to China … how will that go? They should be shut down and her profile is such a nice mom and daughter , may she go to jail for taking money from customers!

If I could give a zero I would. Charge me for two items but only sent me one, the material is cheap. Customer service will not even respond.

I purchased a purse. it was shipped fold in 1/2 flat resulting in a lg permanent crease fully across the purse and it flops over. also a mystery white substance smeared on the bottom. Boutique said I must pay for shipping back to China.

BEWARE.I bought a sweater, thinking it was coming from USA. All communications were with US locations.I received a cheap China made version of a printed sweater on a polyester knit. Not what was pictured on the website.Cost to return it to China is $240 or more.
