I’m a new customer to Ellenvale and a received a 10% promo code. Unclear what happened but there was a problem and accept the error was probably mine. After asking if the discount could be applied retrospectively, received a cold toned email that seemed to grudgingly give the discount. My view is you have 1 chance to make a good 1st impression, and that could’ve been handled more sympathetically. Delivery; Royal Mail, is always hit and miss and my parcel was initially delivered to the wrong address (photo confirmation sent to my mobile). Luckily, the post man quickly resolved it.
The linen quilt set and cashmere throws, regardless of my 1st impression are beautiful and I love them. They are expensive but justified by quality. The benefits of linen are spot on and I have slept really well. I put this down to the breathability and natural temperature control. The throws are soft and robust though they are small but I knew this beforehand. I’d ordered 2 and use one as a shawl to add an extra layer of warmth and the other as a throw.
Overall, it was a rocky start but I love the items. Cost however, will mean that I shall have to settle for sale items only.

Purchased nearly £450 in cushions. The box they arrived in was all torn. The cushion covers were extremely thin and not the quality for the price. One zip was stuck so returned the lot. They also didn’t look the same colour as they did on the website. Took multiple back and forth emails to get a refund and they still had the cheek to charge me for the return. Wouldn’t recommend. For that price point, there is much better quality and customer service out there.

Great customer service and lovely products. I bought and paid for my items, forgetting I wanted to order some other cushions. I emailed quickly, and wihin a few hours, Olivia responded and happily merged the order and refunded the additional postage I would have had to pay for two. Not impressed so far , purchased Tuesday now Saturday no update when
My order will arrive postage said 2-5 working days it will clearly be over that. Not level of service I would expect for such an expensive purchase
