Love the chain i purchase and i wear it all the time. really well made and i can see it lasting a long time. Just make sure that you carefully select the marketing choices when you purchase your items as you will get loads of it in your inbox and it really can put you off.

Sub par quality
Ordered a bracelet it took around 3 weeks to arrive when it did arrive it was out of shape and looked like something a child made. Spoke to custoner service about getting a refund they said they dont cover return cost even though I was unhappy with the quality and mentioned the time it took to arrive. The cost of returning it tracked was nearly the price of the item so returning it is pointless. Basically in stuck with a sub par quality bracelet I could of made myself. Be aware.

The product sizing is very difficult to get correct. And the delivery took two months. Ultimately I got what I ordered but one of the bracelets is too large to wear. More precise sizing would help a lot. But I do like the product that fits.

Ordering was quick and delivery was fast. When the items arrived, they were beautiful, good quality items packaged elegantly. I did have an issue where one of the items I purchased was too small. I reached out to the Elegatto team for an exchange and Chloe was amazing and such a pleasure to work with. She treated me with care and went above and beyond to help me get the item exchanged as it originally was a clearence item and it was a gift for my wifes birthday. She was quick to respond, provided timely updates, and all around just made me feel like a valued customer. Elegatto really knows how to run their business and has definitely earned my loyalty. I look forward to shopping with them again.

Beware !! Bought 3 only 1 worked
I bought three watches as it was buy 1 and get 2 free from Eleganto. Two out of the three were broken when they arrived. I have emailed their support 4 times over the past month with no response. Would never do business with this company again. UPDATE: I have sent 4 emails to that email address and you haven’t responded to any of them. Please don’t act like you want to help now that I posted this. You have the emails I sent, if you want to help then reply to them.

This company is either VERY poorly run…
This company is either VERY poorly run or an outright Scammer. I ordered 2 items on April 22, 2026 anticipating 2-4 days for it to be processed and shipped as claimed on their website. After a silent 2 week wait, I checked order status online to find that my order was "waiting to be processed". I emailed them on May 7 and got a weak reply saying "it takes longer" and then saying it would ship 3rd week in May.
Well, fast forward now to June 12...STILL "waiting to be processed". No product...no notice...no apologies...no contact! In checking with LA-BBB i now see I'm not alone (bbb. org/us/ca/los-angeles/profile/online-retailer/elegatto-los-angeles-1216-1296200/complaints) They've been doing this alot. And I also found out they charged my PayPal account with an AUTOPAY function without my consent!!!! Contacted PayPal. Demanded and got PayPal refund. Canceled AUTOPAY.
BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY and the Inc. name they also charged my autopay as "FUTURE LOOK INC."

A poorly run company
Seems to be a poorly run company delivering very low quality products.
The order i received was wrong and they refused to fix it (by ghosting me).
Shortly after, one of the items they got right, broke (the necklace detached from its hook attachment at the end).
Do not recommend.
