The bracelet is as perfect as the one it replaces. I do not think sending a replacement thumb screw for the lost one would’ve been expecting too much tho.

I ordered the wrong size bracelet and Dan had the corrected size bracelet to me very quickly and the exchange was painless and generous. I have 7 bracelets from Caligio and love all their products. Thanks again Dan

Great customer service! I ordered a bracelet for my son for his birthday. Turns out he didn't like it. I contacted customer service about doing an exchange for a different item and Dan quickly responded to me. He made it very easy for me and even let me keep the bracelet and I only had to pay the difference for the item my son selected. The quality of the product was also very good! Very happy with my experience and recommend.

My bracelet broke less than one week after receiving it. I did order another version (this makes the 5th purchase with the company). I have reached out for assistance with getting a replacement for the one that broke and I have heard nothing back. Since that, I wore another bracelet and that one broke as well. So now, I have two broken bracelets out of 5. If this is how the company treats its customers, they can stop sending me VIP offers. You have certainly lost a customer with me.

UPDATE: Company contacted me after review and immediately made things right (thanks, Dan). They have showed me that they do indeed care about their customers post sale. I will remain a fan after all.

I received my first gio gray bracelet on 22Jun26…Granted I did wear it in the shower which I realize is not recommended. But regardless, the broke apart at the clasp. The bracelet is as literally held at the clasp by what looks to be household thread. Do better!

I have to update my less than positive review to excellent. Dan from support immediately responded to my issue with care and professionalism. I received my bracelet within a week and was even gifted with an extra bracelet and clasp (which was unnecessary). I do like the bracelets but more importantly, I love the customer service. Great job Caligio. And thank you, Dan.

Absolute garbage product for the price and terrible support and return policy. The product looks great in their advertising with the perfect lighting and angles, not reprsentative of what your receive.

No problem, I’ll just return it right? Wrong. Some fine print somewhere says you can’t return anything which was part of a promotion. Well who the hell would pay full price for this??

Needless to say , I am stuck with expensive garbage. Will never consider ordering from Caligio ever again.

The galaxy silver bracelet I purchased won't open up it is stuck in the closed position. I have sent two emails to customer support with no response. Is there a trick to how this type of draw string clasp works? If not, how do I return this item and get a new one that works?
I have heard back from Caligio and they did help me get the bracelet to open and close. We both are happy with the result. I did increase the experience to a 3 star experience, even though they do not work on the weekends (as they said in their response) and I did send my first email on a Sunday, they could have seen that one or my second one I sent later in the week. They only responded when I put a 1 star review out there, that was unfortunate. I add a suggestion to put the directions they sent me on the website so I or someone else doesn't have to look for support when they can look it up themselves.

I ordered bracelets on May 1, and as of a May 15th, they have not arrived
