I didn’t like that there’s no option for P.O.Boxes because I don’t live in oak ridge, LA ,71264, thats only a mail route for rural mail boxes and I receive my mail from my home community in Start, LA 71279. 26 Atkins rd is my physical address only.

It was
It was, for me, difficult and confusing setting up an account and downloading and using an UHC App. Health Safe ID contributed to the problem. Multiple App names, usernames, and passwords evolved from several hours of frustrated effort. I'm not sure I've got it right yet. I am waiting upon approval of the plan I selected to demonstrate whether I got anything correct.

The agent, Scott Gerard, was very professional, friendly and totally knowledgeable about Medicare supplemental insurance. We were on the phone for over an hour and he was extremely thorough. I actually enjoyed talking with him!
