I have an electrical company and I always say that you can tell the true value of a company when things go wrong, not necessarily when things go right. We ordered a fan with controller and only managed to install it three weeks after purchase. Unfortunately the controller seems to be faulty but without question, after writing to efans, they sent out a warranty replacement at no cost to me.
Amazing service, and I would definitely use these guys again.

I made my first ever purchase from eFans having found them to be one of only a few companies who had what I needed. Having worked in a service industry for over 30 years the one thing you remember more than the product when dealing with companies is the quality or often lack of quality customer service. I made a mistake in what I purchased and found the level of consideration and support offered to me to be first class, from the speed of email communication to even a manager contacting me directly with an offer to help out when they didn’t have to. If only there were more companies offering such high levels of customer service!
