Ordered through eFans Direct and the process was straightforward. Delivery was quick, and installation went smoothly. The products I received seem fine, but it's too early to judge durability or the long-term results. Communication was helpful throughout, though there's room for improvement in overall service quality. Decent experience, but not extraordinary.

Excellent service from start to finish. First parcel contained a broken part but a replacement was sent out immediately without any hassle. The order was very low value but, nevertheless, was treated as urgent. Well done and thanks.

would of been top points but lack…
would of been top points but lack comms i had to chase the order up as i was waiting to install the fan and the duct the grill they where waiting for it when i contacted them the did send the rest out and the grill came a couple days later so
keeping the customer informed is the most important for us it was purchased in january not sure of the date
