Un servicio impecable. No solo han sido superrápidos respondiendo, sino que además me han ofrecido una solución rápida y efectiva a pesar de que no estaban obligados a hacerlo por política. Se nota cuando una empresa realmente se preocupa por sus clientes. Estoy muy contento con la atención recibida.

La qualité du flocage des tshirts est très mauvaise! Je lave mon t-shirt sur l’envers, à 30°C et le flocage a été très détérioré après 3-4 lavages

Tuve un problema informático con mi pedido y enseguida tuve respuesta y me dieron solución. No solo respondieron rápido, sino que gestionaron la incidencia inmediatamente para que mi pedido pudiera llegar a tiempo, ya que era un regalo. Los productos son un 10 en calidad y diseño; además, el trato de atención al cliente es impecable. Gracias a Vanessa, que se encargó de que se resolviera el problema de forma eficiente y rápida.

J’ai aimé pouvoir commander en un clic avec Apple Pay ! Le service client répond rapidement par mail. Et le guide des tailles vise très juste. J’ai toujours porté du M mais je me suis laissé guider pour un des article de mon panier qu’ils me recommandaient en L, à réception du produit c’était effectivement la bonne taille pour moi !

We placed an order more than two weeks ago, we tried to reach out to see if there was any information about it, and we just got an email that the order was canceled. No reason, no reply, nothing. Abismal service. DON’T BUY HERE!!

First of all: the style and quality of the T-shirts are good, but the quality of the customer service and the company as a whole is abysmal, and their approach is highly questionable.

The parcel arrived on time and I knew where it was at all times. I wanted to try the T-shirts on and realised as soon as I took them out of the packaging that they were too small. So I sent the parcel back at my own expense – which I can still understand. I received a credit note straight away, minus the cost of the courier, and then the trouble started:

One T-shirt was not accepted as a return due to damage. The photos they sent did indeed show that the back of the T-shirt was dirty, as if it had fallen on the floor in the warehouse. I hadn’t worn the T-shirt, so how could it have got dirty? I immediately received a letter from the legal department stating that I had to pay the full amount because the T-shirt could no longer be sold, and if I still wanted the T-shirt – which was far too small for me – I would have to pay another 14 euros myself for it to be sent again. Every single attempt I made to challenge this was ignored by both the legal department and customer service, who simply referred me to the terms and conditions, which I had, of course, signed. Grinding my teeth, I’ve now paid 61 euros for absolutely nothing, because any delay is automatically penalised with an additional 20 euros.

I’ve never come across business practices like this before, and I’m absolutely stunned by the way they’ve handled things. I really hope that my review will at least prevent one person from buying anything from companies like this.

Je suis ravie de la qualité de la marque Edmmond, tant au niveau des produits qu’au niveau du service client et de la communication avec eux. Ils sont très réactifs et arrangeants et c’est une marque avec de belles valeurs.

Muy buena experiencia con Edmond. A pesar de que mi caso no entraba dentro de las condiciones habituales de devolución, me facilitaron todo el proceso y me dieron una solución sin complicaciones. Da gusto encontrarse con marcas que responden así al cliente.
