I purchased a scarf for my daughter from Susmies as a gift, she absolutely loves it and gets lots of compliments on it. There was an issue with delivery delay and I was very concerned, however the customer service team were excellent throughout and it was all resolved. I could not praise the team enough as I was offered every solution but didn’t need any in the end.

There are so many European/Spain brands that take responsibilities for this tariff situation. But they won’t and let their customers get significant unexpected cost charge.

We’re truly sorry for the frustration caused by the customs charges. We completely understand how upsetting unexpected fees can be.
However, import duties are set and collected by the destination country’s authorities and unfortunately are outside of our control.
We clearly state this information on our customs policy page and also display a “tariffs not included” notice during checkout to ensure full transparency before purchase.
That said, we truly value our international customers and we are actively working on improving this situation to make the experience smoother in the future.

Hundreds of dollars of extra fees, will impact credit score
Like everyone else here, I experienced undisclosed import fees of over 50% of my order cost. If I didn’t pay them, not only would my entire order be abandoned by the shipping company, my credit score would be affected. It’s obvious from the numerous similar comments that they know this transparency is an issue, but would prefer that to losing out on international $$$. Now cue the company comment about how it’s mentioned at the bottom of their FAQs and there’s a tiny note on their shipping options page. Lets just be straight up, if they wanted to be more transparent, there’s a million ways they could be (presenting you with a tariff estimation, popup before placing order etc) and I’ve ordered from many small international brands who have been SO much more honest.

However, customs duties are determined and charged by the destination country’s authorities and are unfortunately outside of our control. These charges are not collected by us but by the Government.
We don't hide this information. It's clearly stated on our customs policy page and a “tariffs not included” notice appears during checkout before payment is completed. Our intention is always to be transparent so customers can make an informed decision. We're really sorry if you feel we didn't.
We understand that international shopping policies can be complex, and we truly value our customers abroad. That’s why we are actively working on improving how we communicate and manage this process to make it clearer and smoother in the future.

J’attends toujours mon remboursement
J’ai passé commande de deux articles, très jolie mais malheureusement trop petit. J’ai donc retourné ces deux articles, la procédure n’est pas très pratique et je me suis retrouvé avec deux étiquette retour au lieu d’une. J’ai tout de même renvoyé les articles dans le même colis afin pour ne pas avoir à payer deux fois les frais de retour qui sont tout de même de 10€.
Le 20/12/2025, je constate qu’ils ne ne m’ont remboursé qu’un seul article sur les deux. Après de nombreux échange avec le service client ils m’assurent que je vais recevoir le remboursement restant, mais qu’ils ont actuellement un « problème technique »! Impossible pour eux de me rembourser que se soit via PayPal le moyen de paiement que j’ai utilisé ou via virement bancaire (ils m’ont demandé mon IBAN). Aujourd’hui nous sommes le 07/02/2026 le service client ne me répond plus et je n’ai toujours pas reçu mon remboursement !

Llevaba mucho tiempo queriendo una joya de la marca. Me han regalado un anillo por reyes precioso pero la calidad es MALISIMA, el dedo verde como un anillo malo, por mucho que no lo pases por agua. Además, hay un plazo de 30 días para devoluciones, pero me parece bochornoso porque parece que hasta el día 32 no se ha puesto malo. Parece un anillo de bazar.
