All notifications come to me by Text message, which is what I prefer for "items needing immediate attention" while still giving me ample time to gather the requested papers. EDAPT is faster in noticing me of what needs sent than is my "Servicer".

Return call by EDAPT helpful per my IDR program status/update needs
I was soon called back by Sarah per my email requesting IDR program info - about the reported potential dissolution of my loan after however many years. The follow-up call was per my request post convo with another EDAPT employee who didn't quite understand this IDR question nor the program details. I thus sent an email requesting a follow-up. And it was helpful. Sarah was well versed prior to her call, and she was easily able to explain these Federal program details during our further discussion of her responses to my inquiries. She also updated me on the new email address, EDAPT’s client goals for the future, and the ongoing digital relationship expansions w us. Thanks!
