I bought the Velociraptor for the Specialized Levo 4. Oh boy, what a difference this kit makes! Finally, the motor is breathing … not to drive around like a madman but just to drive freely at a decent speed that I would be able to achieve without a motor, too – just a bit more relaxed, more enjoying my bike. The kit works flawlessly and can be perfectly regulated with the Levociraptor App or the Blevo App which goes even further for those who want it. On a flat road I can drive sustainibly at speeds between 35 and 38 km/h by pedaling with around 75 to 85 RPM. For a short while, but at less relaxed 100+ RPM, speeds above 40 km/h are attainable but that is not really the goal. Neither the motor nor the battery are affected by this kit in a negative way, the range remains the same (this depends only on the torque you impose on the motor and the environmental conditions but not on the speed as such). In the hands of self-responsible drivers, this kit is a true delight. A well equipped bike with appropriate brakes, a stable frame and fork will handle the plus in speed without any safety concerns. But the driver should be capable, aware and guided by safety.

​Good product while it lasted, but the "Lifetime Warranty" is misleading.
The item performed well for a couple of years before completely failing. While the brand advertises a lifetime warranty, honoring it from the United States is unpractical. Customer service refuses to provide a prepaid return label, and return shipping costs around $50 through USPS—making the warranty process more expensive than the replacement itself. Disappointed by the lack of realistic support for US customers.
