Please avoid this company at all cost.

They have produced a £2000 bike rack that is a good idea in theory but dreadful in reality.

The instructions to build the rack is terrible: no list of parts, only 3 pages of pictorial instructions, references in the user manual to torque values but nothing in the instructions, tonnes of spare parts left after building.

Bikes are incredibly hard to load onto the rack realistically taking 2ppl to load an e-bike.

Once on the rack, bikes can rub together whilst on the road and caused awful damage to 2 of our bikes.

The rack moves so much during normal driving which makes going round corners or hitting bumps very nerve racking.

We asked 4 times about the integrated locking system which apparently they had run out of so didn't bother supplying to us. Likewise nothing in the instruction about how to lock the rack onto our towbar. A tiny 5cm lock supplied but no where to lock it on.

Now 10 days into a 2 month trip, the rack has broken. The ball clamp it was supplied with has sheared. This could have killed someone if we had dropped it on a motorway.

Communication from customer services is slow and they tend to avoid answering direct questions.

Their solution for us was an Amazon link to buy a spare part.

I received the package via DHL from Bulgaria here in the UK unexpectedly fast. The kit came without instructions, but with the help of Google I managed to assemble it and everything is working exactly as it should. I have the Bluetooth version for Bosch.

Ik kocht de EPA SPEED box for bosh. Uren proberen af te stellen maar niets lukte, ook niet met de drop out en ook niet met de goede uitleg van de eigenaar. Ondertussen stuurde hij een tweede die ook niet werkte voor mijn fiets. Alle specificaties van mijn fiets ondersteunde wel de EPA speedbox bosh.

Na onderling overleg met de eigenaar werden de twee speedboxen gratis geretourneerd. Er werd een andere box opgestuurd, de badass box (een ander merk, zelfde systeem). De badass box werkte meteen na installatie. Tot op heden weten we nog steeds niet wat het probleem was.

Ik ben enorm tevreden met de communicatie van het bedrijf. Eigenaar liet niets aan het toeval over om mij te helpen. Ik raad daarom dit bedrijf heel erg aan. De box kwam met DHL express en was op 2 werkdagen in België.

ATTENTION,je commande un model BOSCH on me livre une autre marque en me disant que c'est meilleur que bosch. Résultat ça ne fonctionne PAS!!!

Ce site est une arnaque heureusement signalé comme frauduleux par ma banque. (EBIKE ACCESSORY.COM)
Vous payez et risquez de ne jamais voir votre marchandise.
De plus, on vous téléphone pour vous mettre un peu la pression, soit disant pour lancer la commande.
Il va même jusqu'à vous proposer de faire un virement.
A éviter absolument !

The EPAspeedbox product was impossible to adjust, so it was returned.
The recipient was absent, the package was left at a collection point and not collected, so the product was not refunded.
In short, avoid !

Wenn sie ein defektes Teil erhalten. Können sie die Rücksendekosten selbst, ins Ausland tragen.

Der Händler weigert sich diese zu übernehmen.

Ein Ersatzprodukt bekommt man wohl. Die Kosten sind trotzdem zusätzlich enstanden.

Von mir nicht zu empfehlen. Hofft das euer Produkt keine Mangel hat.

No conocía esta web y he comprado por primera vez con un poco de miedo. Sin embargo, la experiencia ha sido perfecta. Compré un deslimitador de velocidad el martes por la noche y el jueves ya recibí la compra (el servicio de DHL ha sido perfecto). Y el precio al que compré fue mejor que en otras web. Al menos en este caso, todo ha sido perfecto.

this company appears to be a scam. I WOULD ADVISE DO NOT USE THEM.

Bonjour, j'ai acheté un badass sur leur site, leur matériel ne marche pas meme apres plusieurs essais et réglages, il s'agit quand même de matériel à 150€, c'est une grosse arnaque, je suis très très déçu et je ne RECOMMANDE ABSOLULENT PAS, donc fuyez.....

Great product and service. Shipped from Bulgaria to Belgium by DHL, received it within two days.

Follow up May 2023:

The part I purchased stopped working after about 11 months. I contacted the seller, we had a quick problem investigation, they decided to replace the product. I sent back the defective unit and received a brand new one in a matter of days. Great aftersales service as well.
