If I could leave zero stars, I would. This company is shady and scams people out of their money. I used EasyPark to pay for one parking spot in Europe this past summer, didn’t sign up for any subscription or any plan, but ever since then have been getting charged every single month despite not even being in Europe anymore. When I contacted customer service to rectify the situation, they gave me the runabout saying that I had signed up to a subscription. So I downloaded the app which showed I was not subscribed to any plan and when I told customer service this, they proceeded to tell me I was signed up to a subscription. I have gone back-and-forth with them multiple emails and they continue to tell me I am subscribed even though they are now using my credit card fraudulently. Do not use the service!!

Ho letto in rete che il pb si sta verificando spesso anche ad altri utenti e EasyPark continua a non rispondere! Forse è il caso di segnalare questa cosa a qualche associazione consumatori.

Heute in Linz EasyPark aktiviert, und als ich zurück kam hatte ich einen Strafzettel! Ich habe dann die App aufgemacht und gesehen, dass es sich nach 1 Minute ausgeschaltet hat! Der Fehler war eindeutig bei EasyPark (techn. Fehler oder was auch immer!). Ich habe daraufhin Kontakt aufgenommen mit dem Kundenservice, denen die Sachlage erklärt und sie gebeten mir in irgendeiner Form entgegen zu kommen, damit ich die Strafe nicht bezahlen muss, weil definitiv nicht selbstverschuldet! Ich habe dann noch darauf hingewiesen, dass sie mein Konto anschauen sollten damit sie sehen, dass ich immer ordnungsgemäß bezahle, wenn ich parke! Hat sie alles nicht interessiert… somit ist es für mich erledigt ich werde diese App nicht mehr nutzen, denn offensichtlich kann man sich nicht drauf verlassen! Absolut keine Weiterempfehlung meinerseits! Geht lieber alle zum Parkscheinautomaten, wie früher! Das Eine ist die Technik, das Andere diese Unmenschlichkeit…. Eine Frechheit, dass Leute für deren Fehler bezahlen müssen! Ekelhaft!

Really difficult to find. Carpark was eventually found and was a muddy field at the end of a rough track. Filthy car with a rough interior then took us to the airport. Staff who appeared to not understand English language. On our return, we were left for one and half hours at Bristol airport with my wife in a wheelchair from just after 1am to after 3.30am in the cold with promises of returning in 10 minutes .Driver stated that he would take me to get my car and to leave my wife in her wheelchair and with our cases at the airport pickup point. I declined this rediculous offer. Eventually got back to the now churned up field where a staff member searched through boxes of keys in the back of a van,no lighting and no help with bags and no guidance to vehicle. Had to find my car with a torch on my phone while my wife sat in the dark in her wheelchair. Never again. Absolute nightmare of a company.

Totalmente desaconsejable, estos comercios carentes de produccion no deberían existir. Voglio eliminare il mio account ma non riesco. L'app mi impedisce di chiudere il rapporto perché avrei un finto credito di 0,01 euro. Mi sento frodato più che altro. Dichiarano che puoi recedere quando vuoi ma non è vero.
Horrible company and the worst app
This company and the apps they develop are categorically amongst the worst I have encountered. The developer say to park in another country with a rental car I have to buy another SIM card for that country…ridiculous when you are on vacation for a week. Seemingly no plans to rectify this. How any city council awards EasyPark the tender for their parking is absolutely beyond me.

Taking money from my account a month after I used them. Claim they have no bank details saved and I don’t have an account! Customer service is useless and couldn’t refund me. Having to go through my bank and claim as fraud. AVOID

A nuestra llegada a su aparcamiento, se nos informó incorrectamente de que nuestra reserva estaba programada para el 13 de agosto, a pesar de que nuestro correo de confirmación indicaba claramente el 6 de agosto junto con la hora exacta de nuestro aterrizaje. Este error fue completamente por su parte y, sin embargo, resultó en que tuviéramos que esperar desde las 12:00 a.m. hasta aproximadamente la 1:30 a.m. y pico, mientras se nos decía que había “10 coches delante de nosotros”. En ningún momento su personal se disculpó ni reconoció el error. Ni un “sorry”…
Este nivel de desorganización y falta de consideración hacia los clientes es completamente inaceptable. Lo que debería haber sido un proceso sencillo y fluido después de un día entero de viaje se convirtió en una experiencia innecesariamente estresante y agotadora. Después de finalmente recoger nuestro vehículo, no llegamos a casa hasta aproximadamente las 4:00 a.m. y aun así ambos tuvimos que levantarnos para trabajar a las 8:00 a.m. del mismo día.
Para colmo, obligaron a mi novio a mover alrededor de 10 coches que ni siquiera eran nuestros para poder acceder al nuestro. Esto significa que, si su coche estaba allí estacionado, fue movido por una persona ajena y sin supervisión alguna, ya que el personal de la oficina no ofreció ninguna ayuda en absoluto. Esta situación es extremadamente preocupante e inaceptable desde el punto de vista de la seguridad.
Además, se nos cobró £60 cuando en el correo electrónico se indica claramente £53. Para empeorar aún más la situación, el empleado nos aseguró que se aplicaría un descuento del 25 %, pero nunca se nos concedió.
Estoy absolutamente indignada con el servicio que he recibido y exijo un reembolso completo transferido a mí de inmediato; esta situación es inaceptable.
En lugar de abordar el problema, siguieron recogiendo clientes y dejándonos esperando como idiotas. Qué lugar absolutamente repugnante. Aquí también adjunto la prueba del correo electrónico que demuestra que la fecha en el correo de confirmación es correcta.

Unfortunately we have to put up with this stupid setup in the city of Melbourne claiming to make parking easy. The only thing easy is for this company to make money off everyone. You have no choice but to download their app, create an account, supplying your details etc. I’m over unnecessary apps, accounts and supplying details especially to park a car. Obviously just interested in 100% profit with no other alternative other than downloading their app. Believe it or not some people still don’t have a mobile and some older people wouldn’t know how to set all this up as soon as you park.

I’m sharing my experience in hopes it helps others avoid the same situation.
I recently received a collections notice for an EasyPark parking ticket I was never made aware of. The alleged violation occurred in March 2025, but I only received notice in July - via a third-party collections agency (Canadian Credit Corporation). No ticket was left on my windshield, handed to me, or mailed. I spoke with the parking officer at the time, who confirmed the meter was broken and no ticket had been issued, and told me I was fine to leave.
EasyPark later admitted in writing that there was no communication between March and July, yet they refused to cancel the ticket. They offered to reduce the fine to $69 but only gave me two days to pay, threatening further escalation. Under pressure, I paid the amount under protest - and I’m still pursuing resolution through formal channels.
Their handling of the situation was rigid, dismissive, and deeply flawed. This is not how a professional parking service should operate. Consumers deserve transparency, fairness, and basic due process — EasyPark provided none of that.
I strongly caution others using EasyPark facilities: if you encounter an issue, document everything and do not expect a fair or transparent resolution.

If I was able to write a Google review, I so will! RMIT University Bundoora parking has been outsource to Easy Park. I never liked this, but, hey whatever, until my experience today with a parking officer. I do a full year salary sacrifice, so technically paid for the full year. This morning, I took a different car into work because my usual car needs servicing. As usual, parking was chockers. Where I park, I had to wait for cars to pass before I can cross. I planned on switching over my licence number as soon as I get into the office because I don't want a fine (I have done this many times with no issues). Anyway, when I managed to get across, I turned around to see the parking inspector. Again, I waited until cars passed before I could cross back, but he was coming closer to my car and I just dangerously cut through while cars were still pouring down. Basically, I explained to him that I'm staff and I paid have already paid for parking and I plan to switch the number over. So, because I have not yet switch the licence number, he can't see me on his system and because I'm not on the system he has to give me a fine. And I'm like, "I'm staff, I paid for a full year, I just need to switch over my licence number" and he was like, "have you done it?" and I said "I am going into my office to do it." Then he goes, I saw you walking away from you car, and I was like, "yeah, I have to go into the office to switch it over, I'm staff". Then he goes, how am i suppose to know you're a staff member and I was like that's what I'm telling you. He goes, "I don't know that, I can't take your word for it."
After such annoyance exchange, I felt like I had no choice but to do it on my phone. He said he'll give me 10 minutes to do it and if it's not switched over by then, he'll give me a fine. Got out my phone, took me so long to do it on my phone too! Not Easy (probably took me more than 10 mins!).
In all honesty, I was so angry I muttered something under my breath and he heard it, he stormed back and goes, "I'm going to give you a fine now" while I was trying to switch my licence. Arghhhh!! I said, you'll come back in 10 minutes. He goes, "I was being nice to you by giving 10 minutes", and I said, "I know niceness, and you weren't being nice." Because if he was nice to begin with, he would've straight up said, happy to give you 10 min and will come back and check from the beginning. If he was being nice, he wouldn't think I was lying about being a staff member. Basically, I was already guilty and have to prove myself. How is that him being nice. If he treated me like a liar, I'm not sure how much respect I'm suppose to give him?

I paid by credit card for a full 3 hours for parking in Fort Langley. I tried to obtain a receipt but that didn't seem possible on this meter. I came back before my 3 hours had expired to find a parking ticket issued saying I had not paid payment. This was approx. 1 hour after I'd paid (I still had over 1.5 hours before expiry!). I have sent an appeal with an attached PDF of the credit card payment (needlessly complicated). It's now 9 days past and I've still not had any confirmation that they issued the ticket in error and the ticket is rescinded.
So frustrating and a needless waste of my time. I will report this to Better Business Bureau. This company is the worst!
