I'm sorry once again that you were disappointed with your purchase.
Your order was for a custom picture mount with external dimensions of 1010 × 370 mm, priced at £16.16 plus £7.20 delivery. Unfortunately, it appears you have misunderstood our website, as you were expecting to receive a complete custom picture frame—including glazing and backing—for the amount paid.
Both our website product description, order review, shopping basket and your order confirmation clearly stated that the item purchased was a "Custom Picture Mount", with no indication that a full picture frame was included. For clarity, a large bespoke picture frame of this size would typically cost significantly more, making it an unrealistic expectation at the price paid for the mount alone.
The pricing for the mount itself is fair and competitive when compared with other reputable online framing services. When you consider the substantial protective packaging—including the MDF board you referenced—which is necessary to ensure safe transit over around 400 miles, it is unlikely any meaningful profit was generated from this order. We can assure you this was certainly not the "rip-off" suggested in the review.
We truly regret the confusion and disappointment this has caused. If there's anything further we can do to assist, please let us know.

Customer friendly website
I am in the process of re-framing my Mother's embroideries that she has made over the past few decades. As the measurements of her pictures are not standard, it has been invaluable to be able to order frames to the mm, which means that her artwork fits exactly. I can also update and freshen-up some older artwork, so that it fits into our decor and looks great. The choice of frames is good and I am thrilled with the results, as I can now see her beautiful works of art from years ago in a modern setting.

A customer focused company with an excellent product.
Easyframe are probably the most customer focused supplier I've dealt with for some time. They are a communicative company that want to ensure you get the product you need for your project. After an initial mix-up, not being familiar with frame manufacturing, the team worked hard to ensure I understood the ordering process and received the right box frame product.

Absolute trash product
Absolute trash product. They don’t send everything you need and there’s nothing easy about securing a canvas into the frame. When you flag the issues with the product, they tell you to hunt down some YouTube video with subjective advice. Once you follow that advice, it’s unreliable at best. Avoid, spend the money on a framer.
If you read between the lines on the many reviews on this business, you’ll find the same: fine if it’s fine, abysmal if you expect customer service. I am disappointed in the frame, but I am more appalled in the way this business runs as they take no fault for their shoddy products or lack of (reliable, useful) instruction. Not worth the headache.

The artwork unfortunately wasn’t fitted correctly, which led to it falling from the frame. Upon your initial report, we immediately pointed you to our official fitting video, accessible via the “Fitting” link in your order confirmation email—no need to search YouTube.
Once properly installed, the piece should remain secure with no further issues.

Not sure what to write at the moment
Not sure what to write at the moment. EasyFrame - Order Complete - 20251101107. Just received an order for eight frames that are a repeat order of a frame that I have ordered before.The frames I have received aren't what I ordered even though the reference frame number is the same frame number as what I ordered before. Basically it's not what I ordered before though it should be. Luckily I paid with a credit card and so I have to give them fourteen days to reply before my credit card company gets involved. I have lots of orders to send to them but at the moment I am totally unimpressed. I personally think that they aren't charging enough. There is definitely something wrong with their quality control or, should I say, lack of quality control. Doesn't anybody check the order before you send them out????? Come on Easy frame, get your act together. You are not charging enough. I would rather pay more and get what I ordered. Shape up or pack up.
I have today received an email from Easy frame offering me a full refund though I would rather prefer to have the frames that I ordered. Hopefully they can fulfill my order correctly. At the moment I will change my review from a one star to three stars.

They did not replace the frames with the correct order. They had to refund me £145 to my credit card which they have done. I sent the incorrect frames back to them. I was asked to provide a picture of the incorrect frame that they'd sent to me. I did this on the day they asked me to do it and I got no reply from them on the same day and so I left a one star review on trust pilot. I then got a load of hassle from Rob Zanna, I think, for giving them one star. I ordered eight frames of the same style. You should have checked the order before you produced it, you should have checked the order when it was finished and you should have checked the order before it went out the door. ABSOLUTELY NO EXCUSE!
I have ummed and aahed about my review over the past couple of weeks. I upped my review to three stars but no, I won't be bullied by you. You really messed up and there's no excuse. Your behaviour towards me, the customer, was disgraceful. I am a good customer and I like your product, when you get it right, but when you get it wrong you turn on the customer. Absolutely no excuse for your behaviour towards me the customer. None whatsoever. I even advised that you charge more for your product and improve your quality control. If you'd have sent the correct order out to me without your bad behaviour towards me then I would have given you five stars.
I really like Easyframe but their customer service towards me was disgraceful. Eight frames and eight frames wrong. Not one mistake but eight. Eight mistakes. No excuse.

To clarify the situation: You placed an order for 8x 22mm Walnut & Gold picture frames on Saturday 1/11. We manufactured and dispatched them on Tuesday 4/11, with delivery on Wednesday 5/11.
Unfortunately, we produced the frames in the 22mm Walnut profile without the thin gold line—an error on our part, which we fully acknowledge and are committed to resolving with minimal inconvenience to you.
You contacted us late Wednesday afternoon to report the issue. We apologised immediately, requested a photo for verification, and confirmed that we'd dispatch 8 correct replacement frames the next day upon confirmation. We had no objections and took full responsibility. We also noted that you could keep, dispose of, or donate the incorrect frames, as returns weren't required.
You sent an email after closing time confirming the error. Just four hours later, you posted a 1-star review suggesting we weren't responding and that you'd need to involve your credit card company for a refund. This doesn't align with our verbal agreement to send replacements (at your request) in the correct moulding once verified—it's left us completely baffled.
There's no need to wait 14 days or involve your credit card provider; we're happy to arrange collection of the items and issue a full refund. I have requested via email a date when I can arrange for our courier to collect the 8 frames.
We're human and mistakes happen (though rarely for us), but we own them completely, as any reputable company should. There was no reason to damage a previously positive relationship with a public review that doesn't reflect the full facts or imply we should close our business over a minor error.
