Good communication and very accurate description of product

I have used this company for a while and was fairly happy with service and products.
However, I have recently received faulty products which had no impact. The products were clealry duds, they had been stored correctly and consumed within date.

I would not trust the potency of these products, I would not feel assured to consume these products. They essentially have no impact even if taken in a high quantity. A ‘micro-dose’ in the quantities recommended by ER, will have NO effect on you, mind, body or spirit. These products are falsely advertised, you may as well just eat a mushroom from your fridge tbh.

ER have ignored my emails, not done anything to address my issues or provided me with information about why this batch may have been faulty / duds. I do not trust this company and cannot say I would recommend any one else to.

When consuming products like this you should be certain of their potency / effects, I cannot say that ER are truthful about their products and that does not bode well for consumption.

I didn't get my dosing schedule. No answers to my Emails..

A good product but ordered this month and no package received. No response to several emails. Tracking now showing package has been returned, still no correspondance and no number to call. I seem to remember a couple of years ago the customer service being excellent, Im not sure what has happened but hoping I hear back soon as I currently have a near €300 order lost in the ether….

For all of you that gave these 5 stars i just want to say that you are under placebo effect. I did 1 cycle and felt nothing. Just to be sure i ordered one more and i contacted them asking how much psilocybin is there per gram of their "natural psilocybe" product. They just said that it varies without answering my question. When second package arrived i just popped all 4 bags at the same time (16 grams i guess) and i felt nothing. Dont waste your money on this.

I still haven't received my package. Since the beginning of July :(

Update#2: Had to lower the rating again due to the fact the 'reimbursement order' that was supposedly sent immediately hasn't been delivered in 22 days, despite multiple assurances that it would be delivered last week and then this week. Earth resonance havent replied to me at all in 3 days, and are now totally ignoring all communication. To offer a customer a replacement and then not only not actually follow through with your offer but just ignore them is one of the worst customer service experiences ever.

Update: To their credit they immediately reached out and issued a replacement (I have not received it yet), so I updated the review to take this into account. The fact that there can still be errors with quantities when packing (how??) and expensive/slow shipping is what prevents this from being a 5 star.

In the beginning of microdosing, to save money I just split each packet evenly into 4 portions. I get some people will think this is dumb but Ive microdosed before and I found 1g to be about the right dose for me, and if each packet was exactly 4 grams then i would have no problem.
After about 3 weeks I wasn't really feeling anything at all and thought maybe I should try a higher dose and to actually weigh the amount so I knew exactly how much i was taking. So i bought a scale. When I weighed my final packet, still sealed, the full packet including the plastic was only 3 grams!! and to be honest this looked a similar size to the others which means i was more than likely taking less than i expected. Complete and utter rip off - try another company that doesnt lie about the quantities.

Good quality products and great customer service

During the check out process, nowhere states that depending on the shipping country, you may get your order "detained" at customs without possibility of recovering it. How come the company promotes delivery to all EU and doesn't know the possible difficulties for each country, making the buyer's actually pay for something they won't receive? #733317369

Why are they allowing shipments to countries where their products are illegal?

Great product & fantastic experience . The site is easy to use and delivery is always prompt (I’m in Ireland).

They were making advertising in my country on FB, and on the web site was nothing written about, that it is illegal! Now I received paper from government, that parcel is suspicious and I will not receive it, I lost 50 euro, and hopefully will not go to jail!
You should write in cap letters on first page, that it is legal only in Netherlands!

Ik ben veel evenwichtiger en mentaal sterker geworden. Ik heb het opnieuw besteld, maar helaas staan er geen instructies bij over hoe je het de tweede keer moet innemen. Wat ik mis is een precieze beschrijving van wat er gebeurt als je het na 30 dagen voor de 2e keer inneemt. En als er een 2e product wordt toegevoegd. Maar verder zeer tevreden. Misschien kan het nog beter?

I have never received my order which (70€) , I let them know, and their response was it wasn't their problem, and they simply ignored other subsequent emails. I never got a local tracking number to even confirm if the item arrived in the country, bc I haven't got any kind of notification/ communication, which's the protocol if they try to deliver it to you. When I tracked with the number they provided, it says that the package been incorrectly sorted. Any serious online business would work out a solution, making sure the item get delivered, or granting a refund. Not the case here. It's a SCAM. I'll notify the local authorities about them.
