Communication upon delivery
My experiences:
The price and the product are great, the communication between AH and the customer needs to be improved. When delivered it only says:
"The goods have been shipped."
Other senders (Amazon) provide more detailed information about where the goods are at the moment. For example, I live in Cyprus (TRNC) and need to plan the collection of the goods in Nicosia (Republic of Cyprus). With the sparse information from AH it didn't work!
So unfortunately I had to drive to Nicosia twice to get my mailbox!
