We apologize for the inconvenience. According to DPD tracking, the package was delivered to the selected pickup point on September 25th and subsequently – due to not being collected on time – was returned to the sender. We want to resolve this quickly: we can resend the shipment or issue a refund.
Please contact us briefly with your preferred option, as well as your address and phone number – we will take care of it immediately. We always ask you to contact us before leaving a review so that we can help and prevent such situations. Our customer service team always helps resolve difficult cases, because the customer is most important to us.

Everything was fine: description, price, delivery, except from the fact that, during the ordering process, I asked for at least 18-month expiration date. My request was ignored, what came had an earlier date than what I asked.

Regarding the expiration date, we completely understand your concern. The packs you received are valid until December 2016, which still provides 16 months of shelf life — a fairly long period that allows safe and comfortable use.
At the moment, we unfortunately do not have batches with a longer shelf life available, but we are constantly working to improve availability.
Your feedback is very valuable to us and helps us further improve our service.
