Order placed and paid for on 26 May, yet over a month later it still has not been shipped. Multiple emails have gone unanswered, and I also contacted Natasha via WhatsApp twice, two weeks apart, without receiving any response.

Unfortunately, this is not the first issue I’ve experienced. In the past, I received expired products and faced similar customer service problems, but I chose not to leave a review as I was otherwise a satisfied customer.

At this point, however, I can no longer consider the company reliable. When selling wellness products, customers often order for specific needs or occasions and expect reasonable communication and delivery. Very disappointing experience and I will not be ordering again.

Order never arrived. Automated emails keep asking for order numbers then tracking numbers then other information which they can get from looking up your email address anyway. Just a stalling tactic to not refund orders never shipped. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Had been a long time happy customer here but the company no longer seems to be ligit.
I placed an order, they kept sending reminders to pay before eventually confirming receipt.
This hasn't happened previously. It's newly 10 days and they still haven't shipped my order and it's just a bot that replies and continuously says it will escalate it to 'Lyndsey' to review but of course this never happens.
Do not buy from here.

Long time happy customer here confirming this business had turned scam.
Burned with 85 euros: placed an order, the payment was somewhat odd this time, but went through, kept receiving payment reminders to pay again and again, contacted customer support that nowdays is a bot apparently, provided them with bank confirmations that the payment went through, eventually the bot stopped answering, my money burned. May be the website was stolen

Helaas komt mijn bestelling niet aan, heb geen verzendinformatie gekregen ook. Jammer. Eerdere ervaring was wel goed. Nu hebben ze het over extreme weersomstandigheden. Terwijl bij contactgegevens een adres in Soest staat. Daar fiets ik in 20 minuten naartoe. Geld terug lijkt ook geen optie, terwijl het om een fiks bedrag gaat. Bestelling #740893369. Graag leveren of geld terug!

I was a huge fan of Earth Resonance, have been using this product (mostly Quantum) for years, wrote very positive reviews, I became part of the community etc. But recently something feels really off; different payment process, no shipment after payment, no customer service, just auto-reply. I still haven't received my order... Like they have been taken over by another party or something, one that is not reliable at all... such a pitty.

I was a customer of EarthResonance.com for 3.5 years. I really appreciate their excellent products. I gave them the highest ratings myself.
In August 2025, I suddenly lost the ability to log in and use my accumulated loyalty points. I contacted them four times about this – I received no help or information about why it is like that. So I started placing orders without the points.
I contacted them several times about minor issues and received a response.
In January 2026, I placed an order for my friend, and we accidentally both paid for it - €150 each of us. I contacted EarthResonance.com twice requesting a refund what was overpaid. I didn't receive any response

Package wasn’t delivered, sent them multiple emails and heard no replies. They used to be great, not sure what happened.

I was a happy customer...what happened?

A few years ago, I used several of earth Resonance products and was satisfied. They were not the quickest to answer my email but the products were good and delivered quickly.

At the end of 2025, I've decided to start again.
I reached out once and didn't get an answer. That should've been a clue but I didn't take it.

I bought directly from their website ...and nothing came.
I wrote 1, 2, 3 emails and didn't get any answer.

To this day, I've paid and didn't receive the product nor an answer. I'm disappointed in this company which I used to like.

Op 19 november stond mijn order ter waarde van een 50 euro klaar om te verzenden volgens Earth Resonance. Na ettelijke mails heb ik nog steeds mijn order #740004369 niet ontvangen. Niets meer gehoord de laatste dagen. mail me op het adres dat ik gaf bij bestelling aub.

Ik was op zoek naar wat meer focus en rust in mijn hoofd, en kwam zo bij Earth Resonance terecht. Wat me meteen opviel – naast de mooie producten – was hoe ontzettend vriendelijk en menselijk de benadering is. Je bent hier absoluut geen nummertje.
De truffels zelf zijn van topkwaliteit en kwamen supervers binnen, maar het is vooral de ‘vibe’ van dit bedrijf die het ’m doet. Het contact voelde heel persoonlijk en oprecht; ze staan echt klaar om je te helpen en dat gaf me meteen een vertrouwd gevoel.
Dankzij hun fijne protocol had ik een goede houvast en merkte ik al snel dat ik weer lekkerder in mijn creatieve flow kwam. Geen gehaast gevoel meer, maar gewoon helder en ontspannen. Als je op zoek bent naar kwaliteit én een team dat écht vriendelijk is, dan zit je hier helemaal goed. Dankjewel!

Pretty much scam and non existent customer support. Asked them to refund because I've used wrong card, I just needed to pay with correct one. Not even acknoledgement or response.
No responsibility when they know certain countries always seize the package, they still send it and make their money. Stay away

I purchased the Natural Psilocybe - Microdosing Cycle package and it arrived pretty quickly. However, as I take blood thinning medication I wanted to check if it was OK to start the cycle as their own info that came with the package advised against it. Lindsey, replied that it was safe as long as I didn't take the doses within a couple of hours of my blood thinners. I checked with my doctor and he strongly advised against using the psilocybin at all and explained that blood thinners work over a long term so the fact that I took my medication within an hour or so of any dose is neither here nor there. So what I got from Earth Resonance was potentially dangerous advice and that is not something you'd expect from a company portraying itself as professional.

Order for over 50 euros, never received. Emailed company multiple times, no assistance . Absolute rip off scam company

They are not serious. They do not reply to mails. I ordered a 46 euro product. Never arrived. They just vanished. They are a scam
