Earth Resonance Omdömen 

Ordered in June; it arrived in September after a conversation of at least 50 emails. I ordered again in the beginning of September. After 3 weeks of silence, I sent an email to cancel my order, and 15 minutes later I got a confirmation email stating "order shipped." It arrived at the post office in late October. Definitely won't order again. Now searching for alternatives. I remember in 2020 and 2021 my orderes arrived within 3 weeks, now they will arrive if you put pressure on them.

Earth Resonance used to be fairly reliable but the last order I placed in February has not arrived. They eventually replied to my repeated e mails saying that it was not their responsibility but that they would resend my order "as a courtesy" which shows they have absolutely no understanding of consumer rights or their legal obligations. They have subsequently ignored my e mails requesting a refund.

INCOMPLETE ORDER AND NO RESPONSE
I have received an incomplete order, I have emailed them 3 times to inform and request the missing item and they do no respond. They do not offer any other way to reach out to them. Very frustrating. The missing item is worth 40EUR and their lack of answer makes you feel ripped off.
I paid for the full order 100EUR on 28th of September
I received an email with a delivery scheduled for 1st of October.
Nothing arrived on 1st of October and no email was sent to inform what happened
On 8th of October I received an email about new delivery day.
9th of October I received an incomplete order.
Since then I have sent 3 emails and no response.
How to trust to buy items again if they are not going to deliver nor answer you?

This is a very lousy company that doesn’t care for its customers! You will be lucky if they reply to your email after a week or more! The supplement are ok but customer support is very bad!

Op e-mails wordt niet geantwoord. Klachten worden door niemand behandeld.

I ordered 2 mircodosing starter pacakges to the UK. The order arrived within 2 weeks but the package only contained one set of scales. I reached out by email but received no response. As many other reviews have mentioned, customer service is non-responsive. Avoid.

What they say is in it is not in it, my Daughter is a Biomedical Scientist. She took it to work and tested it for its properties. It's a normal mushroom. You asked me to do this review, I didn't approach you to do it. Seriously keep you money in your pocket.

I don’t understand why some people call it a scam. The products are from high quality and I have always received my packages. Customer service sometimes takes time to reply though.
Definitely recommend for microdosing and supplements.

I placed an order on www.earthresonance on June 16, 2025, and have never received the product.

I’ve contacted the company three times via email at questions@earthresonance, and even sent a message to their Facebook page, which was marked as read. However, I have received no response whatsoever.

As of today (August 4, 2025), I can only conclude that this is very likely a scam.
Posting here to warn others — please be cautious before making any purchases from this site.

My product never arrived!! I emailed the company twice to see what happened they never got back to me!! Will not be using them again :( disappointing

I ordered mushrooms whilst I was away. Someone is always inside my house. I ordered packages from all over the world whilst I was gone and this is the only one that didn't arrive.

I contacted Earth Resonance when I got back and they haven't responded. I have sent multiple emails and tried to get in touch via social media but no response.

You can't raise a dispute because its still illegal in the UK. This is quite upsetting for me as I went through something traumatic and I wanted to try this as an alternative remedy as I've read positive affects of micro dosing and mental health issues.

Don't waste your money.

I have ordered multiple microdosing shrooms from Earth Resonance and have been very happy.
They all have different subconscious work-areas, and it is interesting to see where the difference lies.
I want to share this rating from my experience with the product and the service. All have been positive and have recommended to friends who showed interest.
