The obxidian nozzle for the Prusa Core…
The obxidian nozzle for the Prusa Core 1 L gave a Z axis error. Apparantly it only works with the Prusa HT hotend upgrade which isn't even available yet

If you want to get a rip of by high shipping charges exuberant tax collection fees and become told by support you deserve it E3D should be your first adress.
All other I would suggest to stay as far away as possible.

We'd like to clarify that our checkout clearly explains that unless the prepaid duties and taxes shipping option is selected, any applicable import duties, taxes, and courier fees will be collected by the carrier before delivery. We do offer a prepaid shipping option so it is clear to customers how much they might expect to have to pay the courier if they do not go for the prepaid option.
I am concerned by your comment that our support team told you that you "deserved" these charges. This is not something we would ever say to a customer, and it does not reflect the standards we expect from our team. If this is genuinely what you experienced, I'd appreciate the opportunity to investigate further.
We value all customer feedback and are always happy to help clarify any questions about shipping options or import charges before an order is placed.

Just bought the DiamondBack for my A1 Combo, as i want to print some abrasive filament. Had 3 days printing PETG & PLA, and spot on, it is expensive but had 20% off and with the points I had was able to get another 20% off.

Misleading policies
Canceled my order because of high shipping and import fees which equal over 1/3 the Price of the product. They still shipped AFTER I canceled. I refused the order, but they won't refundc100% of what I paid. Only buy from Amazon.

Our checkout clearly explains that if the prepaid taxes and duties shipping option is not selected, the courier will contact customers to arrange payment of any applicable import charges before delivery. With the recent tariff changes and the removal of the de minimis threshold we encourage customers to purchase through local distributors where possible to help avoid these additional import costs.

Revo Obxidian 500 hotends are great but as they dont have coloured silicon socks it's really difficult to identify the size. They do have the size printed on them but it's so faint I can hardly read it.

The 2 month email chain
I’m giving the end our emails a 5 star, the overall product a 5, warranty -5, your nozzle broke mid print leaving the threads in the extruder. You can’t tell me that wasn’t a defect in that product.
It took me from firsts parts of February until April 6th to finally get resolution to my broken nozzle. But you followed the warranty. Then you try to make it right by offering me a discount on my next product. It was greatly welcomed. Sadly, It felt like the process to get this resolved took forever. I had to buy another nozzle because I couldn’t afford to wait for the never ending emails.
Unfortunately I still had to pay those pesky import taxes. But hey I still got two great nozzles out of this deal price at the sacrifice of and Obxidian HF 0.4
PS: Your next branch opening should be in the USA. 😹 thank you all.

If you live in the US of A , get ready to pay the parcel service the tariff
I love how quick the package came to my house. The UPS guy walked right up to me with the package in hand and asked me if I had a cashier check so I can pay the tariff in person. What kind of BS is that?? I mean who still carries a checkbook? It's 2026 so I was kind of annoyed by that. The website didn't say anything about having to pay the tariffs to UPS selling me on some BS. That shipping was free. LOL okay except for when UPS comes to your house. I thought that was a little whack. Thank goodness the UPS website took debit cards but the guy wouldn't wait for me to make the payment through the website. I had to wait till the end of the day

Sorry to hear that you're unsatisfied with the courier customs charges. Unfortunately, due to the removal of the de minimis rule and changes to tariffs, these charges now also apply to B2C shipments.
Our checkout page explains that customs duties and taxes are not collected by us at the point of purchase, and that the courier will contact you directly to arrange payment. We also provide a link to our Reseller Map to help customers locate a local supplier, which may help avoid these additional costs in the future.
