Delivery Timeline not met

I ordered two camera batteries from Kentfaith. The batteries finally arrived and they work exactly as expected, so I am satisfied with the product itself. However, the shipping experience was very disappointing. The estimated delivery time was up to 15 days, but my order took more than three weeks to arrive. For two small batteries, this is simply far too long. The tracking information was confusing, there were no updates for several days, and the tracking number could not even be tracked properly by Swiss Post. Customer support kept telling me that delays were possible, but when a maximum delivery time of 15 days is advertised, waiting more than three weeks is not acceptable. The product is good, but the shipping time, tracking, and communication definitely need to be improved.

Chinese direct mailer company

I didn’t realise I was ordering from a Chinese store that would ship direct from china. As such delivery has been very slow and notifications useless.
Good price products bad service. Will not be using again.

Filters and bag

I have used this company to purchase many products in the last twelve months, I have a sling bag that is beautifully made. It strong enough to carry a full load and doesn't show signs of stressing and it's shower proof too. Loads of pockets for everything you can think of. I've also purchased 5-6 filters too. They are great all work as expected.

Magnetic filter kit plus CPL

I purchased a full set of magnetic filters for my Sony camera, these included adaptor mag rings, CPL, ND filter kit etc.
All came in a nice pouch to keep them in.
So far everything has been great no issues the magnetic strength is perfect and overall much better value than some other well know brands.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

UPDATE.

The response from Kent Faith, as predicted is totally at odds with emails they have sent, including one to me yesterday where they blamed their staff training for the whole saga and offered a full refund if I removed my review. To clarify, I used their dedicated SIM and there are no UK postal issues here.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

I have given a lot of factual detail beneath because I am sure if they reply, Kent Faith will be untruthful or say they tried to reach out to me/want me to contact customer service. Untrue. You can scroll by if you do not have enough time in the day to read it but please, please do not use this company.

The worst experience I have ever had buying online.

Firstly their website is deliberately deceptive. They want buyers to think they are buying from the UK. Kentfaith.co.uk. When things go wrong this is really terrible.

I bought a security camera to monitor my horse in its paddock. It cost £203.99

When it arrived it would not connect. I emailed Kent Faith the same day to tell them it was faulty and I wanted to return.

There was a UK return address on the box it arrived in but they told me I had to return to China and I had to pay postage because I couldn't send a video of it to prove it wasn't working. Given I needed my phone to connect, I had no other means of taking a video but they kept telling me I had to send a video. Many emails back and forth. They told me I could keep the camera and they would send me £40 as goodwill. Of no use to me.

I packaged up the camera ready to send back and then they told me their specialist had checked the camera remotely and it was working perfectly. This was a camera boxed up with no power or SIM card inserted so impossible - a complete lie. I asked them how they managed to do this but of course they couldn't tell me.

So, I paid £38.35 on top of the purchase price of the faulty camera of £203.99 to return to China. Kentfaith told me to lie about the value of the goods on the customs declaration and to list it as £20 to avoid customs fees. They also told me to avoid a list of well regarded couriers for the same reason. This is all publicly available.

I researched and found out the way to be safe with customs and ensure my correct refund should the package not arrive, was to use an insured tracked service. That meant using the correct value on the customs declaration for insurance purposes but if it was correctly labelled as RETURNED GOODS there would be no customs fees.

By Law, the recipient in China is responsible for customs fees and they can query it if a mistake is made and they are charged.

Ten days later Kent Faith contacted me to say there was 'personal tax' to pay and I had to pay it. They gave me the shipping number and told me to go online to pay it.

They sent me some text from different systems I could use to do it. After a good deal of searching (some of their info took me to websites only in Chinese) I found a site where I could enter the tracking number but I also needed some of their company information which wasn't available to me. I queried this to be told it is the recipient who has to pay and it is not personal tax.

More emails back and forth. This company demands you return faulty goods to China at your cost, then pay customs fees that shouldn't be payable.

Where are we now, over two months later?

I remain £244 out of pocket.

Their emails are repetitive:

They want me to send a video of the item that I no longer have.
They insist I pay customs fees of around 50% of the cost of the item because they refuse. I should have lied to customs, so it is at my cost not theirs. Not their problem if it gets lost and I have insurance for only £20 not £200
As an alternative they will give me 50% of the purchase cost but no refund.

I suggested they refund me then either sort out the wrongly applied customs fees or leave it in customs where they tell me it will be destroyed.

I have had no option but raise a claim with my card provider for the cost of the item and postage under section 275.

It it beggars belief that any company expects the customer to be out of pocket for faulty goods. That they want you to pay return postage at a colossal cost. That they ask you not to use reputable couriers and to lie about the item's value - despite there being facility to return items correctly labelled.

They simply do not care and will do ANYTHING to avoid returns and avoid refunding. A disgrace.

All of that, which is well known behaviour by many Chinese companies, is why they pretend to be from the UK.

I asked technical assistance and they responded very timely and thoroughly explaining all my options.

The price was excellent I was given a discount and a free gift truly exceptional customer care.

The product I ordered arrived swiftly and fitted perfectly and works excellently.

The positive reviews here are fake.
Ordered camera, awful AWFUL quality. Paid £200 for it. Wouldn’t even pay £10 for it.
In the process of trying to return - you have to email to start the process. So far communication has been extremely poor. Takes them 2 days to reply.
Do yourself a favour and AVOID!!!
This company is a scam.

The delivery far exceeded my expectations, within 48 hours of ordering I was eagerly unboxing my new tripod, again for this price point I wasn't really sure what I would get. I had a pleasant surprise,the quality was absolutely fantastic, I purchased it for my Seestar S30pro telescope, which is a heavy bit of kit, although not used outside due to the weather, it is as solid as a rock, intuitive and easy to use.
Definitely a worthwhile investment, would recommend to anyone.
Slight issue not related to the product but the free gift and I have to say customer service were brilliant and resolved the issue with with efficiency and speedily.

No access to SD card recordings on 4K sim Camera

4G Security Cameras With Night Vision 1080P Sim Card Security Camera EU standard -
Sim subscription wants £85GBP+ for 12 months (hell no)
I don't want cloud storage, but there's NO access to the SD card recordings through the UBox App. Does not appear as external drive either, when connecting to PC via the supplied USB cable. So no way to access local recordings.
Useless to me.
