E-Go Bike Omdömen 

Bought my e-Go Max from an online retailer (LaunchElectric) as they were the first to come up when I was looking for one of these - however, really happy with it! Had a minor issue with the gears on arrival, one adjusting screw was bent - but the store quickly sent me a replacement screw by post! Now that I have fitted mirrors and a rear rack-mounted light, been using it regularly for work as our car park gets rather full now..!

Customer service is 10/10! I love the e-bike lite. Super worth it! The only drawback is the seat that is not too comfy but the rest is great!

Customer service pre purchase was exceptional. Glenn answered all my questions of which there were many! I opted for the single speed lite.
I have done about 7 miles on the lite now through hilly Yorkshire and overall am very impressed.
I recommend the throttle if you live in a hilly area just to get you going on a hill start (as the lite has one gear).
I think the chunky tyres work well with the small wheels as it mitigates the bumpy ride some people experience with 16inch wheels.
I use the breaks a lot and they seem OK. The ride is jerky over a prolonged downhill break which might mean the disc isn't completely straight, but it isn't a concern and let's not forget how well priced the bikes are.
The motor is powerful and quiet and I've tried some serious inclines.
It is easy enough to fold and is quite chunky compared other folding e bikes when folded. However to get a significantly smaller fold you're looking at £2,500 bikes, which wasn't worth it for me.
The weight of the bike is such that you could easily carry it on and off a train, or in and out of a boot. You couldn't comfortably carry it up a flight of stairs. It is awkward to grab besides the weight. If you want to walk with it folded (eg. through a building) you can keep the seat post at full height and wheel the folded bike around. I haven't tried the carry bag but I imagine this would make it easier to carry if it has decent straps.
I am 5ft 11 and I get a comfortable upright riding position with everything extended out to the tallest setting. I prefer sitting upright. Any taller than me and you would need the lite plus or bigger.

My order of 2 Lite+ bikes arrived in less than 2 days. Well packaged and easy to put together. Have not had chance to try them yet, as weather has been freezing. They look good quality bikes, nicely made.

Being a cyclist of many years I spent a long time researching for electric bikes assist for my wife who has bad knees etc and we wanted something for our camper van. I came across E-Go and communicated with Glenn - who was very good and steered me in the right direction as to what would suit. Made a faux-pas but Glenn was understanding and changed the bike from a lite to a lite+ with no issues at all. As a result we bought two! Product excellent, service above and beyond and why would you go anywhere else - Brompton are £2k more and no better. Thanks E-Go and thanks Glenn

Excellent response time - my Mam is very happy with her bike. Seems solid, usable and easy to fold and carry. Much better response than a competitor company (Furo) who were double the price & took 4 months to deliver a damaged bike. Thank the Gods for e-Go. Bit of a mixed bag.. The first bike the motor cutting out. This happened 6 times after traveling les than 25km..Bike returned to E-go on the Thursday.. Problem not resolved so a new one was delivered on the following Monday. That was a week ago go. The new one is a joy doing what it says on the tin!! Very good customer service from Glenn.

All I can say I find these a great little bike. Bought two lite folding bikes and found them easy to ride and you only need full power when going up a steep hill apart from that I find 1 or 2 on the assist motor to be quite sufficient. Putting the mudguards on and the bike rack is easier with 2 people . Apart from that I think theyare a great bike and they fit perfectly in the back of the motorhome.

Customer service is 5* - shipped it to Guernsey at the right VAT level so thank you.

Bike 4* is pretty darn good for the price and the fact it's foldable, to give it 5* it would need to be quieter, have a clip that holds it together when folded and be overall more comfortable. But it is compact, speedy and does the job you probably need it for.

I'm in love with my e-go lite, it's fast! The battery has a long life. The delivery has surprised me, my bike arrived in just two days, and was fully assembled 😍.
So far I've been using it for one week now and no problem was found 🥰

Very pleased with my purchase. We are Motorhomers so went for the ‘lite’ bundle. I was a little apprehensive that they would be flimsy but they are not! Well made and easy to ride. Tested it n a very steep hill and it did not disappoint

After researching ebikes I came across e-go bike. I was keen to find a road legal option and so many other suppliers do not make this clear. From the point I made contact Glenn was super responsive over the weekend and out of normal hours quickly sorting out a small technical problem. The bike arrived within two days and Glenn supplied easy to understand instructions to put the mud guards and rack on. The bike is well built and good quality and rides a dream. I would certainly recommend the bike and the service is second to none

Excellent service from start to finish. Bike arrived good to go. I ordered a larger saddle and when the first one didn't fit, another was dispatched immediately -the delivery driver even fitted it on my bike. The chat function on the website was really helpful in answering my pre- and post purchase questions. Highly recommend.

Mudguards were a bit tricky to fit but I got there in the end
